After multiple incorrect orders, I was treated rudely and held on the phone for hours. The store manager also made unprofessional comments about me to staff. Stating “we always remake her pizzas” now I’m requesting a full refund and an internal review of customer service at this location.” This Pizza Hut has serious service and quality issues. I’ve been a loyal customer, but for YEARS my orders have been wrong — missing extra cheese and sauces I paid for. The manager put customers on hold for hours without asking, and when I tried to get a refund, THE STORE manager DAN actually gossiped about me to staff instead of helping. Completely unprofessional. I’ve called since Sunday with no resolution. Corporate, please fix this location. The call center was the worse when I called to complain they call center actually called the store and had me on hold for 10 mins while the manager continued to gossip about my many remakes. Instead of admitting your store makes unbelievably dry pizzas even if you pay $2 extra for cheese it will still be dry they will ALWAYS forget drinks and condiments even if you call and remind them. Order delivered 2 HOURS after I placed it and store wouldn't answer phone so I had to drive there to inquire about delivery problem. Order arrived while I was at store and deliverer said she knew she was 2 hours late. Before going to the store I tried getting online help, but that call only accepts orders, not inquiries or complaints. My wife found an online chat complaint site, but it offered a form for completion (for a reimbursible $1 fee) not an immediate, needed resolution. Bye Pizza Hut. Not that you care, but I'll be using your competitors from now on. UPDATE: Tried same Pizza Hut store again. My mistake because service failed again. This time the order was incomplete (missing drinks). As driver essentially said not his problem and to call the store, a call to the store (in Las Vegas, NV @ US 95 & Ann Road) offered an acceptable remedy: a 2 liter drink to replace 2 20 oz drinks. That never happened. Shame on me for going back ("Fool me once...."). This time I'll not only stop using Pizza Hut, but also I'll share the experiences on social media...
Read moreI’ve ordered from this location multiple times and every single time, my drinks get forgotten. The last time, I was missing three drinks AND the ranch I ordered. I even called ahead specifically to remind them not to forget the drinks, and they told me they gave everything to the driver. Surprise - still didn’t get them.
I get that they use DoorDash for delivery, but that’s THEIR choice, which means it’s THEIR responsibility to make sure orders are complete before handing them off. When I complained through their website, I got a response saying store leadership would contact me within 3 business days. That was over a week ago. No one ever reached out.
So not only can they not get a complete order out the door, they also can’t be bothered to follow up when they say they will. The pizza itself is fine when it actually arrives with everything you paid for, but good luck with that. Save yourself the hassle and order from a different Pizza Hut.
UPDATE: The manager reached out today 11/4 and resolved the issue. Appreciate them making it right. Hopefully their plan to get the delivery situation figured out going...
