I dont know what kind of scam this location was running tonight, but it was awful. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Pulled up at the drive thru speaker at 2am. Told by the clerk "cash only". I said, "I have cash".
I ordered two sausage biscuits ($1.19 each) a two cheeseburgers, (both no pickle, one no onion) ($2.20) and a $1 lg coke no ice.
Got to the window, told my order was $7.75. I clarified that I only wanted sausage biscuits, no egg, no cheese. Employee said "yes, yes". I said, "So then why is it so high? It should be $2 less". Clerk's face froze and she went to consult another employee.
When she returned, suddenly the bill was $5.47. I gave her $5.50 and she brought me 3c change.
We waited some more, she delivered us a bag, and tried to end the transaction. I said, "What about my lg coke, no ice?" She thought about it, then said, "Oh yeah! Was that with ice or without?" I repeated large coke, no ice and she passed it out to us.
We pulled into the parking lot to eat. Opened the burgers first. There were two burgers, one with one sticker, one with two, so we assumed the one with two meant it had no onions and no pickle. We dug in, and realized both burgers were wrong. So we went back through the drive through.
I told the woman that our burgers were wrong, and could we get them remade. She rolled her eyes, returned with two new burgers and carefully pointed out which burger had no onions no pickles, and which had only no onions. I tried explaining to her that was all wrong. She asserted that we ordered two burgers no onions, one no pickles. When I told her again she was wrong, she got another employee who told us they were putting their system down, so there were no receipts and no computer labels for our special orders.
I said, "Could we just have the money back for the burgers so we can go somewhere else?" She said ok, and THREW $2.10 at me. The burgers cost $2.20 before tax so she didnt even give me the right money back BEFORE TAX. The money blew out the window on the ground, causing me to get out of my car in the drive thru, and pick it up while she stared. I then asked her for the store mgr business card, because this was awful. She refused to give me a business card, pointed at the store phone number printed on the window and said I could call it if I wanted.
Im pretty ticked, because the whole experience was fishy. None of the dollar amounts quoted made any sense. The order was completely wrong, cashier argued with me about what Id ordered (I think Id know that I ordered no pickles on both and only one no onion), they didnt return the whole amt due, tossed it into the drive thru, and refused a business...

The employees there, specifically CLAUDIA accused me to her general manager that I like to complain alot pretty much to get free food! I am disgusted! I been going to that McDonalds for awhile since it is close to my job. I go there every other day for breakfast or for lunch. (as so for my co workers) I like to use the Mobile Order App for coupons. I always plce my order through there. But Today, was not okay. I waited for my order at curbside since drivethru was packed for over 10mins! I figured that it was due to busy which i understood... i went inside to tell them about it and a lady told me no that they never got anything.. I showed her my app, the notifcation from my bank and the thank you for visiting McDonalds.. she still said no. I then pulled up my BANK account to show her that money was taken out she still said no arguing with me.. I left to work because i was already late now .. I called the general manager explained what happened.. and he told me to go back and get the order .. so I did once i found time to sneak away. i went in the drive thru .. the same lady and a new lady WHO SEE ME THERE ALL THE TIME gave me attitude and made faces.. got my order, along with a Free large drink .. got to work , and my order was incorrect still. I called back, just to notify KEN the general manager and he apologize that the cook thought that they oder had no hot cakes.. and then KEN told me that CLAUDIA told him that I always complain about my order!!! I CAN NOT believe they will say that. I have no reason to lie, or steal from them. I will be contacting Corporate. I a person who doesn't complain even when my order is incorrect, because I know mistakes are made (and cause I have a sibling who works for Mcdonalds) but this is on a new level. Read moreIf i could give negative Stars I would I had a very long day went to the McDonald's drive-thru ordered a meal that came with the drink I asked for extra ice everyone knows when you ask for extra ice probably plan on eating the ice after you drink your drink so eat my food I'm drinking my drink and when the drink is done I go to open it to start using the ice and there is a fly in my drink I I went back right away and went inside I was second in line and observe that this McDonald's is infested with flies they didn't have the top on the container that holds ice and when it was my turn I asked the manager for Trey I poured my eyes on the tray and the was there in the mix and she asked me did I want another drink I said no she asked me did I want anything else I said no I want a full refund for everything I just paid for $9 and some change she toldshe told me that was and and call corporate in the morning for a full refund when she was going to refund me a dollar and some change just for the drink but with how disgusted I wanted a full refund. she took off to the back for about a good 10-15 minutes all to come back and say that I still had to call corporate in the morning she then wrote her name on the back of the receipt because I asked her to but she was very rude and not solution-oriented at all don't eat here don't drink here you might end up sick cuz flies carry all types...
