In a city brimming with cafés that cater to every palate, this café manages to fall short in so many places. My partner and I visit on a Sunday morning before a day at Springs Preserve. For a nearly $40 ticket, we received a plate of 4 Pancakes, Grilled Cheese and Fries with a side of "Tomato Soup," two iced coffees and a side of Breakfast Potatoes. To begin, the pancakes were obviously frozen and were about as edible as used tires. They were served cold and topped with fresh fruit, which was delicious on its own but not nearly delicious enough to make the pancakes palatable. McDonald's hotcakes are somehow a better option, especially considering they're served hot. Regarding the Grilled Cheese and side of Tomato Soup, you could probably do better in your own kitchen. That being said it was still delicious despite being served with a freezing cold bowl of marinara sauce. That's right, marinara sauce, not the Tomato Soup they claim to serve with this dish. The side of breakfast was just downright dissapointing. They were burnt, and we simply could not eat them at all. Much like with the rest of our food, we did not finish much of it, instead choosing to fill up on fries before leaving. Our drinks were JUST okay, we enjoyed them. The service was far from terrible, in fact our cashier and the foodrunner were nice. We decided not to complain to the employees, because we would rather just let things go, but our experience might help others who might fall victim to this café. This is our second visit, and this time we had hoped to come around to have a nice filling breakfast before a relaxing day at Springs Preserve. Instead we had an expensive and regretable breakfast. The last time we visited we had ordered Boomtown Burgers and they were phenomenal, so our trust in this café was right where it needed to be. However, my partner and I believe a safer option would be to just pack a lunch or visit a local spot that at least has the decency to prepare pancakes fresh in-house. In the end I just wish this place was a good option to just have a seat and prepare for a nice day, or wind down after a nice day was had, but for the high price and beyond low quality food, this place just isn't where it needs to be.

Seat yourself cafe. Grab a menu at the door and when you are ready to order, go up to the counter to pay and grab your number. Very cute atmosphere and great seating outside to see the strip in the distance. Very clean place. All 5 star comments. Staff was great except... The only reason why this got 3 stars is because I ordered birthday waffles (for my birthday) and pancakes with fruit came out. When the error was mentioned, plain waffles were the replacement. I have no idea what the birthday cake waffles are, but pretty sure they aren't plain waffle mix. Really bummed so we gave up asking for the correct order. They let us keep the pancakes anyway, so I guess that's fine. Just a little bitter about not getting the special waffles. Also, the syrup is hotel syrup. Kinda weird tasting.

I visited the cafe on a Saturday afternoon with family. We specifically drove for the cafe after hearing a large number of reviews. It did not disappoint. The Cafe is outside of the Preserve so you don’t have to enter the Preserve to enjoy the amazing food. We were seated outside on a gorgeous day and it was lovely. We had the Vegan Bakon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and the Vegan Breakfast Burrito. Everything was absolutely amazing!! I plan to return many times because the food was over the top awesome!! The customer service was top notch and the atmosphere was laid back and relaxed. You will find plenty of free parking and the bathrooms were very clean. I highly recommend this cafe!!

Update at bottom: I was really excited to try the food today. From the pictures I saw on the website and YouTube videos, it all looked really good. I ordered the hamburger, fries, and a latte. It took awhile as they were super busy but I didn’t mind as I was spending the day there. When it arrived, it was on a burnt mushed bun. The hamburger was a frozen patty type that tasted like a veggie burger not a hamburger which I ordered. It didn’t have the spring mix I ordered, was burnt on the edges, very dry and the fries weren’t completely cooked. I was going to send it back but I really hate doing that. I just ate some of it and left. Other than the disappointing $21.00 meal…the Springs Preserve is amazing. I just won’t eat there again. Update The owner did address my issue, gave me a refund and I will give them another try. The staff and owner, David are so kind and I don’t believe that my experience was “normal.” The Cafe cares about your satisfaction and the quality of their service. Thank you Springs Preserve for your amazing facility and staff. Also…Tyler was a joy to meet who provided me with so much information on...

My husband and I hosted our wedding brunch for 30 people at the Cafe in June 2023. We weren't charged a venue fee, which was so cool. The manager, David Moses, was absolutely amazing to work with. He hosted us for a lovely site visit several weeks before the wedding, and even provided some refreshments during our site tour. Leading up to the big day, David had awesome communication and organization so our wedding brunch would be totally worry-free. During our brunch he reserved a special section of the balcony overlooking the Preserve, and gave us dedicated servers so we could order our food table-side. The food, staff, and venue were perfect! There were so many options for our vegan and vegetarian guests and Littles. In addition, one of our favorite things about the cafe is that they employ people of all abilities from diverse developmental backgrounds. We absolutely loved interacting with their professional staff members, who put their best foot forward. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much, David! We were so happy with...
