On 09/10/2025 around 10:25 A.M I stopped by the drive thru to pick up a mobile order that I had placed for my office. Upon arriving, I stop at the speaker box and inform them of my order and they proceed to tell me that they will see me at the window. Despite being the only car in the drive thru, when I arrive at the window, I wait for about 8-10 minutes. I exchange a smile with the barista at the window and then she shuts the window on me. Under the impression that they are potentially remaking my drinks as I ran a bit late and picked up my order 20 minutes after placing. After a couple more minutes have passed, the barista opens the window and says a total. Confused, I remind her that I am here for a pick up, “For Juan” and I look around and see a car behind me. The barista saw my car for a period of time, my car was on the screen, and did not acknowledge me on purpose until another car was in the drive thru and they could puzzle me as it had slipped their mind that I was there for a pick-up. It felt almost like a joke as the barista had been giggling throughout our entire interaction. Eventually, I am handed my order with the drinks still with the 10:05am sticker (confirming they were not remaking anything) and was not told anything else except having the window shut again. The barista did not have a name tag, I was not able to get a number, however, they do have blonde highlights. As a former Starbucks partner, I understand mid-shifts will get tiring, busy, and hectic, but it is no excuse to treat someone inhumane on a regular basis. I strongly encourage the staff to reevaluate their way of approaching customers. As I felt extremely uncomfortable to be handled that way.

Went in today to pick up mobile order. For some reason their Lobby was closed. The drive-thru line was insane. When announced my order at the speaker they say it they had it ready. I pull up to the window and they did not have my order ready at all.i showed them my order they started making it. Was rushed out of the line. I had a total of four drinks and two pastries totaling at almost $35. Half of that order was wrong. This location is really lacking customer service and perfecting drinks. Because this isn't the first time they have made my drinks wrong. Placing mobile orders for faster service and then having to walk into Lobby or get back in the drive thru lane to get drinks fixed is wild to me. My drinks are not even that complicated.

It was my first time coming to this location and it did not disappoint, the barista Javier was the sweetest, such a lovely person. He recommended a drink and it has become my new go to. Loved how calm the employees were. He was a great person to talk to while my drink was being made I will definitely be choosing this Starbucks more often.

Starbucks Bonanza and Pecos Las Vegas My husband and I go to this Starbucks almost on a daily basis. Today was one of those days. I order the same thing every time. 2 lattes. 1 tall decaf w/ sf vanilla and 1 iced grande w/ added shot no ice. I recieved my drinks and the grande was only partially filled. I asked the server (didn't catch his name) to fill the rest with milk. This person went at my husband yelling he can't do that bcuz of some policy change. Bcuz of this server blatant rudeness my husband asked for a manager. In the meantime the server kept yelling about what he can't do. My husband asked him to plz be quiet and get the manager. This young man went on to tell my he don't need to be quiet, can say what he wants and the manager is coming. We'll the manager never came out to talk to my husband rather a server who know us came out took care of my husband right away and apologized. There is a new policy but not regarding lattes.

  1. changes happen all the time. Understood.
  2. servers should be trained on how to disseminate changes in policy to your customers. Without being rude.
  3. when issues do arise and a manager is requested a manager should show up. This server was so blatantly rude I blame the manager whose name I don't know bcuz he didn't think my husband was important enough to talk to.

08.21.24 - UPDATE I am changing my review bcuz this location and it's Team have improved greatly, literally, 180° turn around. Even the barista who was so rude apologized to my husband on his next visit there. So if anyone wondering if their reviews matter or make a difference I will tell you they do. Thank you Starbucks...

when I pulled up to the window they got my order wrong I got off my car asked politely if they could fix it the cup they gave me was literally empty she said it would an up charge I paid the up charge then the manager Mel proceeded to tell me twice to throw away the cup of the order they got wrong and not on a very nice way I asked for a refund at that point because her tone of voice was condescending they did not give me receipt at the window so she didn’t refund me the $2 tip which I just at that point I wanted to get out of the store I asked for her name and cooperate number and she sarcastically said “here its on my name tag love and the corporate # is on the wall” I turned around walked away and she said “have a great day!!”very sarcastically I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for 20 years and would never treat a customer that Poorly calling me “ love” pet names only after I asked for a refund clearly seeing that I wasn’t happy with the service isn’t okay. I didn’t care about the up charge money isn’t the issue here, please train employees to treat customers with respect it ruined my work day please do better will not be coming back to...
