El Rincon de Los Remedios — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This place is not like it used to be! Had some really good times here and used to come very often. Now, if you are in a small group or on a date they will basically ask for the table and kick you out to seat a bigger party that just arrived! Waiting time to get in is ridiculous! They will seat whatever party they feel will give them more business, not respecting that you were there first! This last time I was here service was horrible! They took forever to even take our order and even longer to bring our drinks and food! Waiters/Waitresses are not friendly, definitely have an attitude like they are rushing you! Food was good, but cold upon delivery. Always make sure to check your ticket, cause they tend to over charge you if you don’t put attention. I have to say atmosphere, music and vibe is always good I can’t complain about that, but they really need to take care of ALL their paying...

This was one of the worst experience me and my family had. We came to eat and have a few drinks however we did not understand the menu so we tried to ask a few questions on what to order. Bianca was very rude and disrespectful towards us once we asked do they have a English menu. After taking almost 20 minutes to even come greet us. She stating that this was a Mexican bar which we did not understand because what does that have to do with having another menu or even assisting us with what we needed. I asked for a manager she told us that there was not one there. Me and my family felt very uncomfortable to even stay and eat there. Worse place ever!!!!!! Don’t go!!! Take it from a customer who use to be there every Thursday or on the weekend. A customer who use to love this place. They are scammers, don’t care about their customers. Just like other reviews on here, they kick you out of the table that you ordered drinks from just to bring in new customers. Martha the hostess the worst!!!!! You tell them you are going to keep ordering to keep your table because you have more friends coming and she doesn’t give a crap. She still has security kick you out even if they don’t agree with Martha because that’s their job. They agree that it’s unfair and that it’s not right what they do with their customers but they can’t do nothing about it but follow orders. From now on I rather go to La Puerta...
