Martinez Hall Family Pool — Local services in Las Vegas

Had to go across the street to a nearby store to ask for change because they don’t have any change for $20 or $10. Like what kind of service is this. Later we went inside and got exited to go in the nice cold water on a very hot day. I went in with my brother and sister then immediately when we got in, one of their lifeguards, well several, came over and asked us to leave because of our clothes. I actually was wearing the same clothes that we came with last time without any of them saying what was wrong with our clothes, and they argued with us for a long time! We were all angry of course and we couldn’t even get a refund after only being there for about less then a minute. They were also really mean and wouldn’t care less that we ran across the street to get change and the bad day we were already having. We literally even had to wait for 20min to enter and less than one minute in the actual water without a refund or even a sorry. What’s worse is that when the lifeguards left my small little brother that had no idea what was happening said thank you, which made me even more angry because he was innocent. NEVER GOING...

A 17 years old grab my son from his hair inside the water the guards wasn’t doing their job at firs she was bullying on him he ignore it he is only 9 years old but the guard when my told me what happens she defend the 17 years old girl and told my son you might started the problem as a men i told to give súper visor number she give it kelly i never call her but my son have a trauma about bullying and the girl try to kill him inside the pool and the get out from the pool immediately when my son came to me but the guard because my son a kid she said is your fault in front of me i told her you should not do that blaim 9 years old he try to explain you what happens so you can see what she did wrong but your not listening to his words and i’m a mother i work with kids i protect the kids and a teenager try to kill my son inside the pool she did grab him by the hair and the guard didn’t care how can guards defend teenagers...

The dress code is ridiculous and they made my dad go down to the store down the street over some shorts and told my brother to "get out of the deep end" and even though multiple people were on the deep end as well. And then they really told my dad to take off his shirt for no reason that was logical. They tried to get me to do the same but since I like to swim in my tank top and not shirtless (since that's what makes me comfortable). And proceeded to tell us we can't bring outside food and if this is the case, why not sell food? Also, they had multiple grasshoppers in that pool not to mention it took 20 minutes just to take them out. And it was to the point where I didn't even wanna be there anymore I recommend going to...
