I Been To This Location Several Times Before & I Never Had A Issue The Store Is Always Clean & The Staff Is Very Attentive… So Today June 9,2025 @ 7:28 A.M Me My Husband & My 5 Year old granddaughter Decided To Grab Smoothies we Went thru the Drive Thru Because we where out Running errands So My Husband Ordered For Me & My Granddaughter He Didn’t Get Anything So We Got Our Smoothies & Went on with our Day So I’m Drinking my Smoothie & Al Of a Sudden I Feel Something Hard In My Mouth & it Taste Weird like Metal you Can Literally Taste it so grabbed a Napkin & Spit It Out & It Was A piece of Metal In My Mouth I Started Stirring my Smoothie Around To Make Sure I Wasn’t tripping & There Was More Shards of metal thru out smoothie after I Had Consumed some of My Smoothie I Started Stirring Gagging Be I Was Drinking This Smoothie & It Has Metal in it thank God My Granddaughter didn’t Drink Hers Yet So We Called The Store & A Hispanic Lady Answered The She Clearly Didn’t Understand Any English & Couldn’t Understand What I Was Saying So She Placed me on hold & Got Someone Else & She Barely Understand English As well So I Asked Her For Corporate Number & She Said She Didn’t know It So I Pass My Husband Back The Phone She Asked His Name & He Provided it to her so When we Got home I Poured The Smoothies on a Plate & It Was Metal in my Smoothie I’m very Disappointed I Have Pictures & Video This Is Unacceptable & I Will Be Contacting A Attorney… I Work in the restaurant industry So I...
Read moreI used to come here on a weekly basis. Every Friday I would treat myself. The prices have gone up a bit on what was already an expensive lunch to begin with, but I'd still come in. My last visit really tested my patience though. I understand the lunch hour rush gets busy, but I was the first one to put my order in and quite literally the last one to get my full meal. After seeing a bunch of people that came in after I did get their entire meal and leave, I asked the lady in the front to check on my smoothie - to which she confidently replied "it should be right out". When she rushed into the back, I thought maybe she's gone to check on it. Nope. She comes back out to the register to help a bunch of people order. THEY get their food too! Finally I go up to ask her again on the status and she says "I'll take care of it" and finally starts making my smoothie. I get that it is overwhelming but seriously, that's some pretty horrible customer service. If you're gonna spend this kind of money ($13 in Vegas can get you practically into any type of all-you-can-eat lunch buffet) on a decent meal, might as well go where they'll recognize a customer that's been standing around for 20 minutes waiting on their food. It smells when you go in there but their smoothies are sometimes good I decided to give it another chance because my bf for his birthday wanted smoothies ....I ordered from the app for delivery since they had the promo free smoothie with food purchases I order 2 smoothies and 3 food items 2 sandwiches and a wrap ....my wrap never came and 1 of my chips never came also only one sandwiche was edible ...as soon as I got my ordered and I checked it noticed my missing items I called them and they told me the promo only works going into the store wrong I read the fine print they also said I can pick my missing food items or I could get a refund for it ...I told them the delivery man never gave me a receipt but I have it on my online order history they said they were going to issue a refund for my missing items ....I have yet to get a refund....you are better going else where ..they don't care here..people work hard for their money and I spent 50$ for 2 bags of chips and 2 smoothies plus 1 edible sandwich horrible I called to ask about my refund everyday since then but they don't answer...lesson learned don't go here
