Late Bloomers Flower Shop — Local services in Las Vegas

I ordered flowers for my sister's wedding a month before the wedding. I asked for 3 colors of roses one being black. She told me she would have to dye them and I said fine. I had 2 other florist tell me the same thing. I asked for the flowers to be ready at 1:30pm on a Saturday which the wedding started at 4pm. I confirmed my order via text 3 days before the wedding and was told they would be ready. I sent my husband to pick up the flowers and when he arrived she did not have the flowers done. She said she was not thinking we would be on time. She scrambled and came out with the bridal bouquet and said she made a mistake on the color of the ribbon and said it should be black. She said she would fix it and went back to add black ribbon over the white one she had used. She brought the bouquet back out and my husband left to come to the wedding venue. When I arrived to the wedding venue my husband explain he had to change his shirt because black got on it from the flowers and was also on his hand. The black flowers were loosing the black coloring as seen in the pictures and I think they have been spray painted?? I texted the owner from the wedding and told her I was disappointed and requested a partial refund. She said there is no way to dye roses black and if I was not happy she would give me a partial refund.As of today I still have not received any refund. Please do not use...

This place used to be my go-to flower shop, but after today, I’ll never set foot in there again. The only reason I’m not slapping them with a one-star review is because of the hardworking gentleman who actually seems to care about the business. The rest of the staff? Completely uninvested.

I placed an order for a dozen roses and confirmed TWICE over the phone that my order would be ready at 5:30 PM. I arrived a bit early, and what do I find? The door is locked. After ringing the bell and waiting, I peeked through the window and the place was completely gutted. Not a single word was mentioned about renovations or moving. They happily took my order, went over every detail, and then left me hanging in front of an empty building.

This level of incompetence is astounding. If you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs. Go to "Las Vegas Bouquets" down the street – they might not be open 24 hours, but at least they won’t leave you high and dry, and their prices...

Let me tell you how freaking CLUTCH After Hours Flowers is!! I visited Vegas 2 weeks ago. My aunt is a comedian and was doing a big show at the Mirage. I needed flowers ASAP, amd since this trip was a surprise, I hadn't thought about ordering them ahead of time, I was only thinking about travel arrangements, tletc. But VERNA the owner, saved my behind!! It was the day of the big Knights parade, and traffic was a nightmare. She somehow put together a fabulous bouquet, AND had her delivery team fight through the sea of people to deliver these flowers EARLY to her suite before the show!
