Starbucks — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Rude little Child employee ignored my car. Then a rude guy tried to scolled me for not letting her take my order after she blatantly ignored me and the lady in the car who she ignored me for told her I was there first and pointed to my car. I go to this Starbucks all the time. Well, today there's something going on in the parking lot so the way we normally come is blocked. So I went the only way I could from where I was in the parking lot. Starbucks has zero signs up telling us where to go to drive up for our order. So the child employee tells me to go back out of the parking lot and come back in from the main street! I'm already at the order window at this point since she ignored my car for the car that came in after me. The guy scolding me ad I was explaining why I didn't need her to take my order told me to "be quiet and listen" "we do things different at this Starbucks"... At that point, being a 47 year old I'm not dealing with young children who don't know how to take care of customers or give respect to others. So I gave some choice words and drove off! I'll never come here again. I always tip the employees because they're usually younger and I like to tip them because they're usually so professional and helpful. Hi I’m the guy who came in for the oat milk shaken and the banana nut bread that I left behind because somehow you guys forgot to make my drink. So I ask the same girl who I ordered with if someone accidentally picked up my drink? She goes to make it so I assume but then it seems to still takes a bit so I ask for a refund and as she gives me my drink refund I ask I don’t need the bread anymore either and she says , “it’s almost done.” But you know what I was done waiting. So I just left the bread and let them keep whatever they didn’t refund me. I’m not one to even leave a review just seemed like I was there for longer than I should have. So please managers I don’t even know what was going on. I wasn’t rude until I asked for my refund for my whole order. When I got there, there was people there but right when I ordered, sat down and it cleared up and all I saw was drinks being made for the drive-through and I was just kind of like “who’s making my drink”? and I swear not until I said something did they actually start making it. These days customer service is so bad with these young kids and a lot adults now a days. Tell your employees to apologize to customers so that they don’t just walk out without...

I'm done going here. For months I was going at least once or twice a week, but I'm sick of the staff there, one girl in particular. I couldn't believe the audacity one day when I went through the drive thru on my way to work, and after I ordered, the girl asked if I could do her a favor that she'd tell me at the window. I pull up, and as she gives me my order, she says, "I need you to do me a HUGE favor and buy a pound of coffee from me. My manager needs me to sell it." Even after I said no, she pushed, asking if I was sure! The last thing I want in the morning is being hustled to buy coffee! But, I kept going out of convenience, I needed my holiday drinks! I'd finally had enough when I went on the fifth, and the same girl asks if I have a holiday drink card. Oh, you buy five, you get one free! Gotta do it by the eighth though....WOW. AFTER I'VE BOUGHT AT LEAST TEN HOLIDAY DRINKS FROM THAT LOCATION ALREADY, NoW I HAD THREE DAYS TO BUY FOUR MORE. She did it on purpose!
