Steiner's Pub — Restaurant in Las Vegas

My visit to Steiner's tonight was terrible I come with 4 people in my family to eat and drink and Steiner all the time we spend close to a 100 bucks every time we walk in the door. On my visit tonight, after I left when I was leaving, I needed a book of matches, so I went and I asked for a book of matches, I don't know if this guy was the manager, the owner or who the hell he was but he turns around tells me he can't give me no more matches, this is the first time they have 20 years of going to Steiner that I actually asked for a book of matches I might have picked up a book of matches, maybe once or twice in the 20 years I've been there, I have never seen this guy a day in my life. And he's telling me he's not allowed to give he matches and wont give me matches anymore he says that's just very bad policy. For any restaurant or bar in las Vegas to have, especially with cash paying customers. Other than that the service is good, except they need to get a new chef because they never have enough of their dinner specials available, you have to come there that you serve the specials from 4 o clock you have to get there at 3 o'clock so you can order a special now you need to get a chef that knows what the hell he's doing in that place. All the stuff I had just mentioned right now you need to fix because if you don't fix it, you're going to lose almost every customer you have because I will...

Will never come here again... Bar is less than a mile from my home. My 2 friends were sitting at the bar and were asked to leave the bar because someone supposedly wanted the video poker machines we were sitting in front of. Here we are 40 minutes later sitting at a table and my friend is finishing the food he ordered, which has long been delivered and there are still no people sitting at our seats in front of the machines. When "Max" the bartender delivered us our food was questioned on this she told us a patron left to go Pick up their friend and were coming back to play our machines and we needed to move. When I asked why they were not sitting there 20 minutes later she looked at one friend and said you are welcome back and then the other, and said you are welcome back and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted another drink to which I declined. I will not come here, or any other Steiners. Thank you Max I will save my money for PT's machines.

Strangely. Five stars doesn’t do this place justice. If Google could extend their ratings, then please be it so. We visited during happy hour (3pm - 6pm 241 on domestic draughts). The pretzel we shared was amazing, especially the wholegrain mustard, and my personal fave, the beer cheese mustard dip.. Not long after we had finished digesting and enjoying said entree, then our burgers arrived my wife opted for the Palms burger (which you could swap out for Impossible for $3 more) and the home cut beer battered fries were yummy... I opted for the Sahara burger, which was yummily tasty and that Brioche bun.... mmm yeah, it was proper 👌, the side salad accompaniment is heartily recommended. For a first-time visitor, this is a wonderful place. The staff were so attentive and friendly, so therefore, I will be back in earnest. plus, they have a great range of beers and spirits.
