Today is 5/18/23 my ticket #3126 through the drive thru and possibly #3122. I was the only car in the drive thru as the car ahead of me just pulled out. I had ordered an apple pecan salad no chicken, EXTRA CRISPY WELL DONE large fries, jr frosty off the key tag strawberry, but it had to be chocolate because strawberry was out, AGAIN! She repeated my order and gave me my total. I drive up to pay they repeat my order and it was all correct. I was told to pull up to the first set of doors because I had to wait for my order. While waiting 3 cars went through the drive thru. Some lady (nevaeh) came about 12 minutes later with my food. Handed me my jr frosty, the salad, and fries. Red flag!!!!!! The bag was NOT hot! I ordered extra crispy well done fries so the bag should be hot! I reached in to try a fry and it was ROOM TEMPERATURE?! You all had me waiting 12 minutes and I get soft room temperature fries?! I said excuse me I ordered well done fries I theses aren’t that can you make them well done. I gave the bag to her she refused it and with a nasty face and attitude told me I touched it she can’t take/remake them. Then proceeded to walk back in? I wasn’t sure what was going to happen next as she walked back into the building said something I could not hear. I backed up to the drive thru window and asked for my money back please I didn’t want the fries. I handed the bag to the cashier and she took it and then that nevaeh lady came to the window and didn’t apologize or try to make the situation right. She asked me card or cash I gave her my card and she refunded my fries, thank you! No apologies or anything her customer service from my experience was not acceptable especially if she was a manager. This is not a good look for you Wendy’s!!!! I just wanted some well done extra crispy fries. Why is this such a hard request...

That was the start to the rudest, most unprofessional customer service experience I have ever endured. The person doing the the drive through was rude and unprofessional. You could tell she didn't want to be there. Here's something I also learned from the next Wendy's I went through. All the Nevada Wendy's are franchises. Heres the issue with that. They do what they want and hire whomever tjey want and apparently at this location they keep the terrible employees and management as well. In these times of uncertainty all I want is something that reminds of good times so please if you stop here and have a bad or great experience please report it obviously no one reports anything to the management and if they do. They're obviously not doing anything about it, time to get this franchise closed. The lightning is nil the customer service is nil. The place looks deserted at night it needs an overhaul top to bottom. P.S. an apology...
Read moreWent through the drive through in order to coke and nuggets. The girl hands me a soda that is dripping with soda on the side and the lid is full on top.. Now I would have taken that soda and it would have poured all over me in the car. I asked her for some napkins and she acted like I bothered her. Then she looks at the other girl and they have smurkes on their face is like they think it's funny. Why would you hand somebody a soda? That's going to spill in their car on them and inside. I've a $100000 car and I like to keep it that way.. But instead just wiping the soda down before she gave it to me. She chose not to and thought it was funny.. I'm sorry if her and the other black girl are unhappy working there.What do you really have To Do that to customers?. Don't worry I won't be back.. So you young ladies can be rude? I will not forget the look in their face like they thought they were getting away with something.. Please get jobs that you love.. I bought lunch September 18th at 12:30..
