The Lathrop, CA is the worst. I ordered through the app & chose curbside pickup for 6PM because I had two little ones with me(one sleeping, the other immunocompromised) & had groceries to pick up at 530. When I got there, I pushed check in as instructed in the email. Waited 30 minutes- nothing. My ice cream & frozen veggies are now melting so I walk in. The kid behind the counter says my order isn't even ready yet.... So I tell him it was a curbside order that was supposed to be ready at 6. I ordered it on the app an hour ahead of time so it would be ready. He tells me that they don't even have curbside. So why does your app give the option for curbside? He stated "we don't even get orders on the app". Really? Then how are you making my order then? By this time I just want to cancel my order & go somewhere else, but miraculously the kid finishes the food & has me sign a receipt covered in sauce with a pen that was also covered in sauce. I paid for extra sauce but the kid says they don't have sauce behind the counter, I have to get my own.... from a community container that has been left open all day(I can tell because it is super thick & sticky at the bottom) bleh. Don't they realize there's a pandemic going on?!? That's a huge Covid breeding ground with the lid remaining open & people walking by coughing on it@ When we got home, I realised the texas toast & pickles that I paid extra for weren't even there. I sent a message through Facebook- they said to send an email. I sent an email & got no response. I called the store & got the same kids who won't give me their name or direct me to their manager. I live an hour away so I'm not going back there to speak with someone in person. My next step will be to file fraud with my bank since I did not recieved what I paid for (I also added a tip through the app that I want back because those kids didn't provide service that...

I went to the lathrop location with my husband to get some food with one of the giftcard we received for Christmas it was $30 and due to our water heater bursting and our sewage backing up in our house we are broke! So we were thankful for the few gift cards we recieved we got there gave our order and when I went up to pay he asked if I had another form of payment cause the gift card machine isnt working (the employee had the name Denver on his hat under the Big D in the hat. I said no it was all I have and that I have just enough in my bank to cover the little the gift card wouldn't cover. Well he decides to call the owner but kept getting the owner's kid and I guess its cause the owner didnt have his phone on him. So as our food is sitting there cold already due to the time that has passed the employee says well I'll just keep the gift card and I have to take cash for the rest my husband had to go dig for change in our car thankfully we had the rest in change but how embarrassing and then to be given our food cold and when I asked for a receipt he wouldn't give me one cause he said he had to keep it to fix the transaction. I was disgusted but sadly we were so hungry we ate it anyways. Oh if it helps we went January 4th...
Read moreRude manager. Terrible service. I ordered on the app and when I arrived the manager asked me if I was picking up and I said yes. He then didn’t believe that I was picking up the order even after showing him my order receipt on the app. He then said that they didn’t have the order and then he looked down at the order that was in front of him the whole time and said oh it’s right here. Then he said that they were waiting on my baked potato and it would be about 6-8 minutes longer. I asked him if I can grab my drinks that are already filled and refill them when my order was ready so that I can have fresh drinks with my food. He then started arguing with me about how I’m giving him a hard time and I’m being ridiculous and so on. I told him “look I’m being nice about it and I just want to have fresh drinks and you’re giving me a hard time for no reason” he just grabbed to empty cups and handed them to me. Ive come to this dickeys a lot of times and never have received this terrible service like today. I ended up getting my order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Such a disappointment.
