Never ever have I experienced from not only a manager but a General Manager by the name of Jay to be very rude in disrespectful no care for customer satisfaction I am very upset and discourage that this is how Domino's treats their customers I have been contacting this Domino's for several hours in regards to an order I placed at 8:21 it is now 10:44 and I am still currently waiting on my food. I ordered two dishes a 2 liter drink and 8 piece wings at 8:21 at 8:41 I received notification because I place my order online that my delivery was on its way at 9:20 I received another notification informing me that my delivery was made I never received it once receiving that notification I immediately contacted Domino's informed them that I'm not sure what's going on but my delivery was not made to my address after waiting on hold for 17 minutes they informed me that their system was having technical difficulty and my delivery was actually getting ready to leave out the door within the next 10 to 15 minutes really wanting my dish I said okay not a problem I waited maybe 30 minutes before contacting them again asking them to cancel my order because it doesn't make any sense that my order that I placed at 8:21 it's still not here after asking them to cancel my order they refused and asked me to just contact the driver to see how far he is because it just made me that he's lost not having a problem because I really wanted my dish contacted the driver and he informed me that he was actually down the street and would be here momentarily really wanting my dish I said okay not a problem so now it is 10:47 p.m. still waiting contacted the driver again to tell him disregard the order because it didn't make any sense that my order was MIA contacted Domino's waited 20 minutes on hold just to find out find out. My order fell off of the roof of the car and he forgot half of my order so now he's going back to the store to pick up the new food or the New Order and pick up what he left at the store very disappointed and discouraged I just asked them to please cancel my order again the general manager by the name of Jay very rude nonchalant very careless so upon asking him for the corporate number to Domino's he said oh there's no need quote on quote if you're only going to speak to me again like I told you things happen and I informed him I understand things happen and I can be very understanding but if you guys were honest I would not have been frustrated..... This Domino's need better training along with better general managers along with better...

At first they were great until one night I decided to order pizza for my kids and my husband not knowing I was going to get the most rudest driver ever. He called me yelling telling me he couldn’t find my door number and then when I proceeded to ask him why was he speaking to me like that he said it’s because he’s Jamaican Then I asked him to lower his voice and that’s when he proceeded to take my pizza back to his car and told me to come get it myself. At that point I had to leave my kids with someone at home and go to get my pizza. My boyfriend and myself were highly upset and disappointed once we got there he decided to still argue cuss and carry on. I went inside to speak to the manager Jay at that point he did take care of Us and he was very understanding and sweet he is ashored me that we will get a credit due to the situation and our meal was free. A week later I decided to call to get another pizza with the credit I was promised come to find out they did not uphold their end of the deal I then asked to speak to the general manager who told me he didn’t see anything in the system so he couldn’t give me my credit on top of that once I asked him for corporate number he was very rude and hung up the phone on me. uunderstanding and sweet he is shored me that we will get a credit due to the situation and our meal was free. Read moreSpoke to the manager that made my pizza and apparently is called J, when it's actually Jertearia and I told her that the pizza was too dry when I had requested extra sauce and the toppings were not right... there was only 7 pieces of pineapple on the pizza.
The reason that drove me to review was not just the ssue with how dry and not right the pizzas were, but her attitude and the impression she left. When I complained about the pizza, she stated that "I made those pizza's and did not find anything wrong with them. She acted like i was lying about the pizza when I offered to return it when the delivery guy came by, but not only was she unwilling to correct the pizzas, but she was also pushing to charge me delivery when the order itself should've been corrected without extra cost. I requested it to be a credit instead, but she stated that she could only do a small, yet it was two mediums out of the three that was done wrong.
She did not reassure me or apologize for the pizza, nor did she care at all. The manager is suppose to make a customer want to come back and this treatment alone is the reason I go to papa johns instead.
Worst, when i requested to speak to a manager, she scoffed and stated your talking to her... then i requested to talk to someone above her and she gave me the number to the spanish line... I do not speak spanish. I don't know if it was a jab to me looking spanish, but that's a trash move. Then she hung up when i was trying to verify her name.
This person does not need to be a manager, clearly it's gone to her head.
