Lolo Restaurant — Restaurant in Lauderdale Lakes

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was overshadowed by poor service. The server assigned to our table was noticeably rude and inattentive. She never came to check if we needed drinks, even after I requested a menu to order a nonalcoholic beverage. Others brought our food, which was fine, but she never returned to follow up.

After some time, my husband asked her for a glass of water and a beer. He had been drinking Modelo, but she brought a different kind and insisted that it was what he ordered, even though we clearly had a Modelo bottle on our table. Wanting to avoid conflict, my husband accepted the drink, but the whole interaction left us feeling uncomfortable.
