Snappers Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Lauderhill

First things first, worse customer service ever. Young workers, cursing and talking about a particular show. Mind you, other customers are there while the cursing is going on. Placed an order, waited and waited. While waiting, I looked towards the back, cook has no mask on and clearly talking to the staff. Order was wrong and then they asked what did I order. One of the staff started sneezing near the food and then I noticed how she blew her nose and did not wash her hands afterward (no mask on). I was sick to my stomach at that point. I got to my destination and my mind wouldn't allow what I saw and heard to settle so I through the food in the garbage. Just couldn't do it. Disgusting establishment. What the heck...

Bought this expensive grouper and wings with a side of fried okra. The cashier said she can substitute fries with okra. I asked for the Conch sauce before I paid for the food. 4 people came after me and got their food before mine. Because the cashier saw my BRF, she said we waiting on your grouper. After waiting over 40 minutes, got my plate. Checked it before I left, no Conch sauce and NO FRIED okra. As if that wasn't bad enough, she took my food, rest it on the cook's counter open to the cold air. I had to ask her to close my food for me. Good God, why I have to tell you that. I ordered my food through Doordash for pick up. When I got there I could see and smell it was smokey like something had burned. I grabbed my order and went to my car. I opened the container and tasted my food it all tasted burned. I went back inside the restaurant to return it and the woman at the counter acted like she knew it was burned but didn't think I would realize it until I got home. I returned the order to her but had to go through Doordash for my refund. The only reason I ordered from here is because they were the restaurant assigned for pick up orders. I'll never order...
