Wendy's — Restaurant in Lauderhill

I went back, but this is for sure the last time. I go inside, as soon as I walk in there is a homeless man demanding to see the manager. The homeless man claim he was promised food but the manager wasn’t there and the employees wouldn’t give it to him so he’s screaming “Call the police, put me in the electric chair!”, the leader on duty had the phone to her ear for over 10 minutes (No way it could’ve been 911) customers are scared to stand in the pick up area. We made our order, but as I’m standing there the girl from the drive thru used a cup as a laddle to pour lemonade from a container into the cup. I watched several people do this even the front cashier after dealing with money. This is gross because I know they are grabbing different parts of the top on the cup and dipping the entire side of the cup inside the container. One of the soda dispensers in the lobby didn’t have ice and most of the drinks were out of order in both machines. The machine was filthy with caked up soda so no way they are following their weekly cleaning plan for the company. I asked for my drink to be filled in the drive thru but that’s also a risk since I couldn’t see the machine over there. There was a puddle right in front of the soda machine that every employee disregarded even after I let them know. Last but not least the employee fulfilling orders argued with me and the cashier that took our order over a fry that we upgraded on our meal even after the cashier who took our order told her we are suppose to have it cause we upgraded all of our meals, all she had to do was look at the screen then look in the bag but she kept asking me verbally what did I order. I said “Ma’am what I ordered is on the screen do you want the receipt?” Then she said “it’s only a fry” as if we were the one shouting and giving her a hard time lol. I would never give that Wendy’s my money again EVER! We deserve better in this community so if I want nuggets I’ll just take the drive...

Service Was Absolutely Horrible .. I was Rudely treated by your manager who currently works there now.For some reason the Drive Thru was not working to place order and it was raining bad but they wanted me to come in to place and order. I asked her can she take my order on another system so I don’t have to get out and she said No Again to Come in . I get out of my car in the rain to figure out as to why she was not able to place the order using the headphones on a different computer and she walked away .Did not explain anything ,would not provide a corporate number store number NOTHING .As A “MANAGER “ Her customer service was Not PROFESSIONAL AT ALLIt shouldn’t be representing you guys company . She even advised a coworker of hers to walk away from me as he was explaining the situation better for me to understand as she didn’t explain anything As I was requesting the information from the other she was rushing me to place an order and leave ..Being that the manager would not give me any information I had to stand in the line to place an order just to get a receipt with the store number and corporate info..The guy worker gave me a receipt so I didn’t have to .. When I left all of us a sudden the drive-through is now running. I Have reported this to corporate to inform them of the continuous horrible service that we as customers have been receiving and I also recorded the bad behavior and will be sending it to their District manager hoping that they could get this...

Never in my life have I dealt with such a rude manager at Wendy’s . I just got off work 6 am and get to Wendy’s in lauderhill . As soon as I come to drive thru the manager name starts with T he didn’t wanna tell me his name but was extremely extremely rude and kept rushing me as if I needed to order now ! When I received my food I asked him if he’s having a bad morning he said is that all ? Anything else ? Slammed the window in my face . NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I DEALT WITH A MANAGER ACTING SUCH WAY . IM A PARTS MANAGER FOR AUTOZONE AND WOULD HAVE LOST MY JOB . And sad to say this isn’t the first time at this location . The manager is beyond rude and had a horrible attitude . I need to speak to Wendy’s corporation to get this resolved . Slamming the window in my face and speaking so rude , brother I don’t know what personal problems you are having but don’t take that out on other people . Oh yeah I asked for a ranch and his response before slamming the window was we only give sauce with nuggets . My god I’m disgusted with this man acting like a child .
