Good day, fellow citizens. I find myself compelled to share a rather unpleasant experience I had recently at a local McDonald's establishment. As a patron of their services for many years, I feel it is my duty to bring attention to the deplorable state of affairs that has befallen this once-esteemed fast food establishment.
As I entered the premises, I was immediately struck by the disarray and chaos that seemed to permeate the very air. The staff, with their slovenly appearance and lackadaisical attitude, seemed more akin to denizens of the underworld than purveyors of culinary delights. The atmosphere was akin to a den of iniquity, with nary a semblance of order or civility to be found.
With a heavy heart, I placed my order, hoping against hope that the food would provide some solace in this bastion of despair. Alas, my hopes were dashed as I bit into a burger that can only be described as an abomination. The patty, dry as the desert sands, crumbled like the foundations of a once-great civilization, and the toppings, devoid of any flavor or freshness, added insult to injury.
It is with a heavy heart that I must conclude that McDonald's has fallen from grace. The very essence of what made it great—consistency, quality, and attention to detail—has been forsaken in favor of mediocrity and indifference. It pains me to witness such a decline, but I cannot, in good conscience, remain silent.
Perhaps my words may serve as a clarion call for McDonald's to reflect upon their current state and embark on a journey of self-improvement and redemption. Until then, I must bid adieu to this once-beloved establishment and seek sustenance elsewhere.
May we all strive for excellence and never settle for anything less.
And remember, as the great philosopher Jordan Peterson once said, "Clean your room and set your house in perfect order before you criticize the world." Perhaps McDonald's would do well to heed these words and restore themselves to their...
Read moreOh boy, I get to publicly talk about McDonalds! After ten years of being McDonalds free, I decided to treat my family to the local McDonalds here in Laurel. The arrogance of the employees right at transition was appalling, Yes, I worked at a McDonalds for nine years, but even I know there have been major changes in the menu. The corporation was buzzing about it back in 2005, when I was a manager. The crew member got very indignant, even to the point of saying "Everyone eats at McDonalds, you should know the menu!" This was after I requested the member change the sign from breakfast to lunch. After ordering, I found that I was changed upsized drinks, but received normal drink sizes for my meals and the fries were missing on all meals. I did not find this out until I returned home. I tried to call, but the phone line was busy. It remained busy for over an hour. I worked in a metropolitan area in Pennsylvania and I was never on the phone, unless it was with customers. I could really go into ALL of the details about how poor the facilities are being maintained, but you have to experience it to believe...
Read moreThese people are idiots, they are rude and don’t care at all about their customers, I think whoever owns this place and allows it to be ran buy these incompetent bunch of monkeys should be ashamed of themselves. I worked in fast food and managed stores for years and I would fire every idiot in this place they are all a complete waste of space. It’s not rocket science everything your job requires is on a screen or in a booklet or on a sign somewhere in the store, if anyone still has issues doing their job with all this information provided then their IQ wasn’t high enough to be hired for the position from the beginning! The thing about them lacking the intelligence to work here makes you wonder about the moron that hired them as well! I will never be back, I will warn every person I know of, or just come across not to waste their time or money on this place bc the dissatisfaction will be astonishing, and the ignorance almost...
