Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Laurel

Me and my wife just had a new baby girl we are gonna be in here a little while due to some small problems and letting my wife heal . So I decided to door dash from raising canes that way I would not have to leave them just incase I was needed or something happened . Door dash pulls up I meet her at the front door of the hospital that way she wouldn’t have to carry everything all the way around the hospital trying to find us . I noticed some of the food was missing I let her know and she acknowledged it she checked her app she has for door dash that shows our order . She’s like I’m so sorry they didn’t give me everything that she was gonna run back and get it for us . I told her that was fine . About 30 to 45 min we was like where is the food . My wife messaged the dasher she messaged back and said she was there waiting on the food . Well we waited and waited and finally I called raising canes and addressed the situation. The guy not sure who he was but was pretty much saying it wasn’t his problem . Which made me pretty mad . I told him the dasher said she was there waiting for the food multiple times he kept saying that there was no one there the lobby was empty and I was like what are we gonna do about 34 dollars worth of food I did not get all of it . He finally told me that he would fix my order for me that he’s says you need to get a new dasher .well the dasher turned out to be there waiting on my food when I pulled up in the parking lot that I should’ve never had to go to that’s why I used door dash . But anyway I guess she had already left headed back to the hospital . So he ways lying the whole time obviously and I haven’t figured out why because I wasn’t mad that they forgot something accidents happen but I do have a problem with people not taking responsibility and starts lying on the dasher like it was her fault most definitely not a person that should be in customer service .like Needless to say there food is great but they need to teach the person how to handle situation like this .im giving 3 starts not for the customer service only for the food the dasher will most definitely give 5 stars wish I could give her more . I recently had another wonderful meal at Cane's, and as always, they did not disappoint! One of the things I love most about Cane's is their consistency.
