Rise Up Nutrition — Restaurant in Laurel

I've noticed a few of my coworkers drinking shakes from here for quite some time. I was in a rush this morning and didn't have breakfast so I asked a coworker to pick me up something after checking the menu online.

First, I dislike how there are no ingredients listed on the website. I want to know what's going in the shake to get the different flavors, but there doesn't seem to be a list anywhere. Because I didn't purchase in person, I'm unsure on whether there is a list of ingredients in the actual building. Second, the shake has a very strong aftertaste of protein powder.

I'm personally not a fan of that taste. I didn't want to waste my money so I finished as much as I could, but I was a bit disappointed. I will say, I like how nicely kept the packaging is. Rise Up Nutrition is the best part about living in Laurel. The first time I walked in, Grace greeted me and made me an outstanding shake. She explained the mission of the company and invited me to their available diversity fitness events and set me up with the 3 Day Trial. I had no idea that these shakes and teas were exactly what I needed (I have been struggling with GI problems and tried many food plans). The best thing about Rise Up Nutrition is the people. This place is awesome. The energy the vibes the people in there get you motivated. They also educate you talk to you about their experiences and really just motivate you to wanna make that change. My sister-in-law took me there one day and I plan to return continuously because their products their commitment to a healthier living in their education is priceless. The shakes are the best tasting things I’ve Ever taste it that I even had to ask the lady if this was healthy. They put a twist on the shakes the teas everything in here is amazing.
