So I needed a quick repair for my partner's PC and didn't have time to troubleshoot it myself. It was Alejandro I believe who came down to this location and opened up the shop so I could drop off the PC to diagnose. The day after, I got a call from Pablo who did the rest of the diagnosis and fix for the issue. The whole way through he made sure to communicate with me and get consent before doing anything billable. On top of that, they don't charge a large fee for anything if you simply choose to diagnose with them and fix it yourself. Both the guys were super nice and professional and Pablo especially was very knowledgeable and taught me some interesting things. Now I know what tool to get next time I run into this issue. Will definitely be coming in again if needed and will recommend to anyone in the area who needs tech repairs.

One thing that might confuse people is that the storefront is a little cluttered and it doesn't look like it's open, but if you call them and set up an appointment they WILL meet you there and open the door for you. I had a couple onlookers telling me they're probably closed and I just told them I was going to be meeting them here.

My story - I was working on my final project for one of my Summer classes at the University of Maryland when I accidentally dropped my whole water bottle on top of my laptop. The laptop suddenly shut off, and I thought it was a goner along with my assignment I spend weeks working on. Likely, I contacted Alejandro soon after that (not thinking I would get it fixed, but perhaps he could save my files). Alejandro was friendly, gave me options, and offered me step-by-step instructions of what he will attempt to do. He understood the time-sensitive nature of my predicament and told me he would get back to me as soon as possible.

Long story short. A few hours later, my laptop was fully working! He did a fantastic job and saved me the time and money that it would have caused for me to buy a new laptop. But, most importantly, he allowed me to submit my assignment on time and get the A I had tirelessly worked to earn throughout the school semester.
