First time coming to this restaurant looks clean and organized, service seems good too! I always make sure the restaurant is clean before I order so Iâm happy itâs clean here. Took a lil long to get my drinks and food about 25-30 min itâs worth the wait. Tonight I ordered Thai tea with bubbles and a bah mi chicken sandwich! I will leave an honest review because I love Thai food! I love trying different locations for Thai food and comparing them to see which place in the dmv has the best Thai food. The Thai tea here is okay wish the bubbles were more softer and squishy they tasted a little harder then normal and they arenât sweet next time I wonât get the bubbles. Needs more evaporated milk next time as well. The sandwich looks great next time I want more jalapeños I asked for extra veggies but it needed more unfortunately. On the good news the chicken is very flavorful very hot. The vegetables tasted very fresh jalapeños had a nice flavor to it in the cilantro, also tasted very will definitely be purchasing the sandwich again, but with extra vegetables on the side and before I leave, Iâll make sure itâs added I definitely recommend this. Please try the sandwiches. I hope next time the bread isnât as hard but I still like it wouldâve been 5 stars âïž if the bubbles were soft and fresh and if it had more evaporated milk and wasnât as watered down and if the bread was soft and not hard and crunchy but the good service makes up for it! I will be coming back thank...
Read moreMy husband and I ordered pho Äáș·c biá»t and two bobo teas. The only reason we tried the restaurant was because of its relatively decent reviews and it was a new place to us not too far from our homes. This was absolutely the worst of both food experiences weâve ever had and we were very hesitant in writing this review, but there is no way we would ever want to go to this restaurant again. The soup tasted worse than canned chicken soup and there was absolutely no flavor that should be in it. Minimally, it should have the smell of star anise and other requisite spices that are needed and making this properly. The tea was basically a sugar water with tapioca balls at the bottom. We threw them out after two sips. Sadly, we wasted $27. We will stick to our favorite and just drive a little further for much higher quality food. Also, I wanted to make sure this was noted: whoever the cook was last night did not know how to properly cook this dish. They cooked the beef separately as it was dry and tough. The way to cook this is not to cook the beef at all but simply to have it dipped in the broth and the heat of the broth provides all the...
Read moreWe stopped by for lunch, based off the positive google maps review. If we dove deeper and read the reviews, we would have avoided.
Street parking (2 hours or less) is available for ease of parking. Entering Phá» Viet 75, there are tables on opposite walls, and a clear walking path to the register.
After being seated, service was friendly and quick.
The phá» is what we ordered, what we received fell short of many other restaurants we had the pleasure of dining at. The broth was lacked an aroma, it was also bland and cloudy. The thinly sliced meat cuts were tough, and the noodles arrived soggy.
The plate of add ins (bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and limes) were fresh, but added little to brighten the broth.
Only hoisin sauce is available at the tables, and it is overly sweet.
Asked the staff for sriracha, they told us they had none. We asked for other brands (we are fully aware of the Huy Fong shortage), they had none. They did not even have a house made sauce either. They did have hot sauce (taste like tapatio), but it too added little...
