The last 3 times I have been there they keep messing my order up. I do not eat anything with a bone, so I always order boneless wings. They always send out bone in wings. Every time I tell them it’s wrong they say it’s my fault. Tired of driving 9 miles over and then 9 miles back and treated like I’m the problem. The manager and the employees don’t care, they have an attitude whenever you tell him somethings wrong. The last time I called to let them know there was a problem they placed be on hold for over 10 minutes. Even though there was two orders and mine was the only one wrong I had to bring back the entire order or else they would not Of done anything about it. The manager immediately said it was my fault again so this time I just got my money back and then the attitude got even worse. FYI you can go across the street to Arby’s order the same thing gyros and boneless wings with a drink and it’s cheaper with no attitude!!!!!!!! I’ve been in the food business before and I have never ever said this about any business before because there are always issues and problems that happen, however I would highly recommend that no one ever go back to that place to eat! Read moreI wanted an unsweetened iced tea and they didn't have that so I asked for just a water but then got charged $3.99 for a water. I ordered 4 chicken tenders with no sides and my total came out to $14.15 so my snack ended up being $3.54 per tender but they did include an extra tender so it came out to $2.83 per tender. While I was waiting for my order a customer that had made a large order came in complaining about how extrememly dry and bad her large wing order was. Looking at my receipt they have "NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS" printed on it... I originally came in here intending to make multiple visits to sample multiple items on their menu as I had heard they had good food and I'm always excited to try a new to me spot. My chicken tenders were actually decently good but my initial experience here raised way too many red flags and left me wishing I would have just gone to the nearby Popeyes instead. I rate the tenders at 3 stars, the dipping sauce 2 stars but the overall experience and ridiculous charge for water a 1 star. I was just waiting in the drive through and they shut the lights off to the ordering board and did not say anything. There were people in front of me who got their food. I drove to the window to ask if maybe they didn’t know I was there, and she said they were closed and then shut the window. At 8:20pm.
