Rudest employees ever. I should have drove off as soon as I went to order and was âgreetedâ with âMcDonald.â I said âHello?!â And she responded with âYeah, McDonald?â I started with my order and before I could even finish a full word, she said âis that all?!â âDouble cheeseburg-â âis that all?!â âNo, a large fr-â âis that all?!â I felt like she was annoyed from the time I pulled up. Then I pull to the first window. The lady had her hand hanging out the window waiting for the money, never greeted me, never told me how much my total was, she was talking to a coworker about non-work related things. I was handed my change and the window was shut without a word being said to me. Get to the second window and a younger boy did me the same way. Never said a word, the window flew open a bag was flung out and the window was slammed. I pulled up to realize the order of chicken nuggets I ordered was not in the bag. I had to go back through the drive-thru and wait. Pulled up and told him what I paid for was not in the bag. He didnât say a word to me went to the back and got what was missing and flung it out the window. I never got an âIâm sorry about thatâ or not even a single word. I said âTHANK YOU!â And he didnât respond and slammed the window on me. While I was waiting on my food, other employees were inside cussing about one of the other employees always being outside smoking or hiding in the bathroom - acting and speaking very unprofessionally. NONE of my drinks had ice in them and I was never told they were out of ice, or given an explanation for that. I got home and the burger I ordered with NO pickles, NO onions had both on it and the patty was 3/4 the way hanging off the bun. I just donât understand... whoever manages this place should be fired. I have never seen such piss poor service. If you cannot at least say âHi, how are you?â Or âHave a nice day!â You have no business working with the public. Period. I will never go back. I spoke to several other people who have had very similar experiences here. I would be embarrassed to be the one in charge...
   Read moreIf I could leave no stars I definitely would! Dont even know where to begin with this McDonald's. Note: my whole family spends plenty of money here and have even had problems here! I went in today since the drive through was busy. During my order the lady kept repeating 'is that all'? 'you done'? I ordered 2 kids meals 1 chicken nuggets all fries and apple juice with ranch and 1 cheeseburger ketchup only all fries and apple juice, a large big mac combo, mcchicken, medium fries, large tea, and a cheese burger ketchup only. I was going to order more but felt rushed so just ended my order. She kept acting in a hurry and rude.. Not to mention she was cursing while taking peoples orders. We then called after getting home to tell them she upcharged the happy meals to the tea instead of the juices and one came with apple slices and they hung up on my mom when she said that the lady was rude on top of putting the order in wrong. She then went down and the manager (cj/tj) one of those refused to resolve anything. This happened to my mom and her friend the other day also! And nothing was ever done! Corperate has been called!!!! Also calling BBB. Our family and close friends will not be back to this McDonald's!!! On top of all of this they always get your order wrong and have absolutely no compassion when dealing with customers!!!! The one guy in the 1st window in drive through is always nice and super friendly! I want to say his name is Ronnie but not certain! But other than that this place is just a complete...
   Read moreTERRIBLE McDonald's. We did a curbside order and while we were sitting there waiting on our food, we noticed that the order disappeared from "pending" to "past orders". We sat there a few more minutes and then I went inside. Asked the manager on duty (she was a white lady with blonde hair that had green streaks in it) where my food was, since they marked it off, and she said "we remove it so that nobody else takes your food". I asked her to hand me the order and she said - "oh give me a few seconds and it'll be ready". Which tells me that they remove the order from the screen to improve their efficiency time so that they don't get in trouble. I stood there another 5 or 6 minutes and finally asked another lady where our food was. She just said - oh did you have drinks? And I said yes - are they at least ready? She handed me two cups. So I went to fix the drinks (I had ordered sweet tea) and there was no sweet tea. Went back to the counter to wait on my food - another 10 minutes pass, I ask that same second lady where my food was and told her this was ridiculous that I was still there waiting. I heard her go in the back and ask the manager lady (green hair) and then I heard her tell the manager what I had said, in a mocking tone. I then heard the manager say "well, she'll get over it". They need to fire every single one of them and just start over or doze it. The owner needs to get this store...
