I’ve been a regular customer since they’ve opened and I waited a long time to say anything because I really wanted to give them a chance. I make a mobile order and pick it up in the drive thru and every time they have a terrible attitude. They never give me a sleeve or a stopper on the cup and act inconvenienced when I ask. I practically have to beg for it every time. I ask for sweet cream instead of milk and about 9/10 times they mess that up so I started saying something at the speaker so they don’t have to throw anything out or remake it but they get mad when I do. Yes, the service was alright and I know it's small but I specifically asked for no whip cream, said so on the label. Still got it. My thing is, it tasted like they mixed dirt and water together and put it into a cup. I extremely recommend sticking to the Ingles Starbucks cause it was the worst. Not only did I remove the whipped cream with my bare hand, I only took two sips from it and had to throw it away cause it tasted so bad. Should've known better from the empty parking lot. Amazing employees I went in and was already having a bad day wanting a pink drink with matcha cold foam I'm not sure of the name of the employee who rung up my order but he was so helpful and kind I had went to get a coffee cake after I got my drink thanked him and left the building.
