Los Potreros Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Laurens

My Speedy Gonzalez lunch consisted of a beef burrito, taco and rice. My meal was cold, have you ever eaten cold hamburger, but my plate was hot. ??? My sister's fajita wraps was like rubber, she bit into the wrap and pulled, chewing as she was pulling them finally it broke free. There food was bland and tasteless even the tea had an after taste. There was only three employees and there was about twenty customers. The restaurant is a seat yourself place but you must make your presence known. Waitress took our drink order then went to take other orders. The customers who came in behind us had their food order taken first. The waitress acknowledged us and said, I'll be with you shortly, customers food was brought out before ours and we were there before them. We waited patiently for our food, being polite and not complaining then we were handed cold food. Eating cold hamburger meat made me sick for the rest of the day. I just couldn't get the nasty taste of cold beef out of my mouth. If I could give NO STARS, I would. THIS PLACE...

My wife picked up a carry out order. The first thing she had to say to me is the employee was rude. When she got our food home I opened my order and expected some thing on the order of at least good for the amount of money we paid. Over $30.00! It was less than average. I had an order of churros (3 for $2.50) and could not even bite into them because they were so hard. These things could be used as weapons! My wife informed me that she was charged an extra fee over and above our total because she used her card. There was no sign posted that this was their practice. We both tried to call to inform them of the churros issue and got only a message that this person had not set up a Voice Mail yet. I went to a Mexican restaurant in Wallhalla, SC earlier this week and had a lot better service and food and two people can eat for less than $20.00 there. Absolutely horrible experience! First of all we had to ask multiple times for more chips and drinks then when our food came out the waitress literally drops my entire plate all over me because she was to impatient to saot for the man that was paying to move and got tripped up! It was hot and the plate bruised my wrist and then I had to sit covered in cheese the rest of the meal! Then they had the audacity to make me still pay for my entire meal! Had it fallen on my 1 yr old who was sitting next to me or my newborn on the other side of me they would be dealing with a lawsuit right now!
