Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lawndale

Extremely terrible service, Ordered my pizza online and got there when I was supposed to be on time I waited for 20 minutes and my pizza never came out. When I asked what was going on the employee at the store said that the managers were managers were on break leaving him alone own. Store was full of about 12 people. When I looked to the side I could see the 2 managers kneeling down talking to each other off to the side when I said that they needed to come out and do some work because they were backed up and my order was extremely late I was told by the manager crystal it's tall just go down to the next little Caesar down the block. Very unprofessional and did not care About the customer at all. The worker at the location Richard was extremely helpful it's extremely helpful and try his hardest to get work done. I will be writing a letter as well as email and calls to the corporate office a little Caesar to let them know about this location and the wook ethics of their managers. I like Little Caesars pizza but come on, I called in my Order ahead of time so that when I got there I could just pick it up and go I said hello I'd like to place an order for two pizzas pepperoni and sausage and on what are the pizzas could you add olives simple I go there to pick it up and it was three pizzas one with just cheese and olives and said no that's not right I ordered and I told him what I ordered they could do you must have said it wrong I said I said hello I'm ordering two pizzas nobody said anything about 3 so then I got the pizza the one pizza with my car waited came back I waited probably twice the amount of time because the next Pizza they handed me was pepperoni and olives no sausage so they won't just add the sausage they have to make a whole new pizza again so I ended up being there three times the amount of time I should have been there and I don't know what the problem was with these people but they just could not grasp two pizzas pepperoni and sausage one with...

Servers were nice as well as the cooks but the manager needs to go. Horrible hoe this place has been ran for years. They simply don't know how to make pizza. No quality in there products. I ordered a veggie pizza and twice barely had anything on it. When I order a regular or meat pizza the stuffs all over but when I pay more for a veggies pizza I get crap with sprinkled micro veggies.

Hot and ready is never ready. Promo pizzas never made. Service is slow. People like the manager hanging out and on the phone.
