Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lawnside

I always go to this Dunkin’ Donuts even though Dunkin’ Donuts food is horrible I go for the ok coffee they were always nice but I went there today and a customer let me in front of her so I paid for her order which was $11 but my order was only 2.44 and I felt good paying for someone else. But when I checked the change for my coffee they shorted me $5.00 so I explain to the lady that I gave her a $10 she told me no I gave her $5.00 ok so I call the manager he says he going to check cameras and you know he didn’t but he then says he did check cameras and I paid $5.00 to be honest there customer service was bad because of that was me at the end of the night once they match there orders with there cash they will then see they are $5.00 over but because they are greedy I wasn’t given good customer service and they stole my $5.00, not a biggie but it’s the point. I live in Barrington but will drive to another town...

I miss this Dunkin’ location! Since I moved out of the area, I can’t find any other Dunkin’ that makes my coffee as good as this one. They always remembered how I liked my coffee, which is very different than most people. (Skim milk, Cream, & Extra Caramel) They would just ask medium or large when I walk in, and sometimes even have it already made for me!

Plus the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh! Even though I want hash browns when I go to another Dunkin’, I skip them for the single reason that they always come out soggy, old tasting, or hard. This Dunkin’ ALWAYS had fresh hash browns, they were so delicious.

Whenever I’m back in the area for ANY reason, I will go out of my way to come here.

Miss you guys and thank you for your amazing service and quality Dunkin’ products over the years I was there. No one does it like this...

The drive thru is always fast and efficient but I’m definitely noticing a difference in the drink quality. They’ve raised their prices significantly and the flavor is way off. The past 5x I went, my caramel hot coffees, French vanilla hot coffee, and hazelnut hot coffee all lack flavor. It’s good for the first 3 sips and then nothing. No matter how many times I mix it before hand, the flavor goes away after a few sips as if they’re being stingy with the syrup. I then tried to get a caramel iced coffee thinking maybe it’s the hot beverages and it was even worse. I’m not understanding why the price has increased but the quality has decreased. I haven’t had this issue before with this location and I hope they fix it sooner...
