This is about customer service. I ordered on the app for delivery. When the order was delivered it was missing the sodas and frostys. I called the store and was told Oh, the driver left before we could give him the drinks. I said okay please send the drinks. They said we can't do that we have to refund your payment but in order to do that you'll need to call corporate. Blaming someone else for you lack of customer service is your first lesson of what not to do. Not doing something for the customer is your second. Don't make it the customer's loss. It's really down to the manager to hire and train employees so that they give the best customer service they can. I don't blame the employee who let the driver go without the whole order. I think the manager needs to take the customer service training again. Btw I called back and it went right to voice mail, the rest of the day. I do not believe I'll get a refund and so this is the way to go. If it does happen I'll a star or two for following up. Until then there is a Burger King, a McDonald's, a Popeyes, a dunkin, a Churches, and a few others around that I can get fast food for my kid. Thanks for reading. Stay safe and...

Ok so I changed my order to chili cheese fries, I get home and it's a baked potato [which they said they didn't have] smothered with cheese and chili, in other words, it was completely ruined! This may be appealing to some people but to me, I'm not eating a baked potato with chili and cheese period! I like buttery and sour cream. Thank the Lord that I had butter and sour cream at home or I would be writing your corporate office a nice letter for free food😀 because at that point, there's no way I would ever believe that was an accident!!! Anybody with half a brain would notice they're pouring chili cheese on a baked potato and not french fries! Stop wasting people's money and potentially costing the corporation over bad staffing! Hire better! and make sure you have the baked potato AT ALL TIMES! Since it's a lie anyway that you don't have it! Terrible experience! To the paying customers,... When i pulled up asked if they handed my bags to previous car..she said yes and i asked for new bags and food. Girl was annoyed.
