Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

My daughter wanted a unicorn ice cream cake for her birthday party which we were having on June 29 th, I placed the order by calling at there location Wednesday 26th , the girl at the store who took order confirmed , took details for the cake , message for the cake etc and my credit card and confirmed the order. I asked if I will get an email for confirmation, she said no but she will leave the details on paper and I only need to come and pick it on29 th. On 29 th when I called for checking if the cake is ready and I can pick the store person said there is no order . I was shocked and surprised and confused like what happened. The store person said the order was not placed and I said but I was not notified of any such thing . The girl over the phone said that on Wed the person who took order called me multiple times to let me know, when I checked there were 2 missed calls from a number which I could never think of in relation to BR. There was no voice mail or a text message. The person in store directed me to Mr Dhaval who was probably the manager and he kept on arguing that it was because we could not be reached but the fact was they only called with no message or VM and how in the world would I know who is calling me given every now and then there are scam calls and it’s expected that BR will leave a VM for such an important context. Mr Dhaval asked us to choose in store and said that he will talk to the person in store and brief him about the option, apparently he never called his staff, we realized this when we reached an hour before our party still trying to figure out how to get the cake. I am frustrated with the responsiveness of the store, the staff who took the order and never bothers to call Back again or even leave a VM. It was a mess Up at the last end and we were running to find something close to unicorn theme, landed up buying an ice cream Cake from BR and staff was good to add unicorn decorations. Really zero rating and irresponsible behavior for the staff who took order and the manager who kept defending this response. Overall I won’t order from this store anymore primarily bad...

Wish I could give ZERO stars. They took my order, took my money, then CHANGED the cake to a different design and color WITHOUT CONTACTING ME - and now the store manager and owner REFUSE to compensate me. Not even a free pint of ice cream for the kids!!!! I was told to either WAIT for a new cake to be made (which would be too late as the party is today) or leave with nothing. I will never come back to this location. Not for ice cream, not for coffee, not for anything. Most of the time they have all 24 diffrent kind of icecream in their icecream cabinet .if someone don't get they want than put wrong review. Lot of people coming with their T moblie tuesday apps coupon & they wants to use all coupon in a same trasaction & want everything for free if employees says you can't than the customers put negative reviews that the lady working there is very rude. Almost 2 baskin robbins store closed nearby & this is the only 1 store left in town if the owner think to close the location than we have to drive 15 miles for another baskin robbins location . So please stop doing this negative reviews so please stop doing this...
