Okay too bad i cant give a 0 star. I had the worst customer service here at this location on Saturday! First of all, I go to haagen all the time so I had soo many points. Before I made my order I asked him which cone comes with the small cup/cone of ice cream redemption he pointed to the cones displayed and said I would pick one so we did! (Found out later this information was inaccurate). I also got 2 other items all of which I could've redeemed using points. I get to register and began redeeming well attempting to redeem points. He scanned my code but for whatever reason it wasn't working on his end but on my end code was showing as scanned and until they did what the needed to do on their end the app wouldn't let me scan another code. The worker began getting frustrated and rude. Eventually his coworker had to tell him to calm down. At this point, the line kept getting longer and longer, and everyone began getting frustrated and even began leaving. Usually i'd feel bad and just ket it go but his attitude was disgusting so i refused to let him intimidate me. Thankfully his coworker was able to take over and calmlyand more professionally figure things out. But can I say the person who began ringing me up initially was soooooo rude. I was appalled by the way I was being treated as a customer. I will never ever buy anything here (@ this quakerbridge loacation) ever again!!!!!!! I spent my money to acquire my points, I am allowed to use them, therefore I had no intention on paying for items with $$ that day if I didn't need to. Read moreI absolutely love this place. Their Dulce de Leche ice cream is my favorite—it’s super tasty. But every time I go there, I always get their Coffee Caramel Shake. I usually ask them to mix Dulce de Leche with Java Chip (coffee flavor with chocolate chips). Trust me, this combination is amazing—it’s creamy, sweet, and just perfect.
The staff here are incredible too. They’re always smiling, friendly, and work really hard. They explain everything so nicely, especially about their points and rewards system. They have a loyalty program, and they never forget to tell me about it.
Last time I went, they had a special promotion going on for their first anniversary. I was really surprised because they were giving away free mini cups of ice cream—any flavor! It was such a nice gesture from the owners. I got some free cups too, and they tasted great.
Overall, Häagen-Dazs is awesome. The ice cream, the shakes, the friendly atmosphere, and these thoughtful promotions make me want to visit again and again....

Me and my Daughter were next standing in line, and at least 5 employees saw that we were next waiting in line ready to be served, instead of serving us, they served the next people behind us that was waiting in line. I was furious! I also said something about it and the only thing one of the employee said to me was that “the line starts over there” which is where we were standing at in the first place but they refused and looked past us and went to the people behind us to serve them. I was so upset and I did feel a little discriminated because I just didn’t understand why not ONE person, that made eye contact with me and actually did saw me and my daughter standing and waiting in line; refused to serve me.
