Now that my son is out of this place, let me give a fair review of this place. This place is literally being run like a machine shop where children’s are treated as components that pass through a different assembly line everyday. They are so much focused on cutting cost and saving money that there is a new teacher everyday in class. In mornings when you go to drop they mix kids of all ages in one room and the teacher who is handling them is obviously clueless. When asked they seem to say that we are maintaining the ratio so that is fine. Never have I heard or seen them do anything beyond what is required.

These guys are pros at finding all loopholes. Just as an example, There was an incident when my son was playing outside he fell and got bruise near his eye. When I asked them to show the recording of camera they said their camera doesn’t work. I am sure these guys had way too many students playing and could be that teacher was busy on their phone. There have been times when I have walked in at odd times at around 10 AM and seen teacher busy with their phone and sipping Dunkin’ coffee while children just run around and play with each other. And when you go at 3PM to pick your kid up you will again see a totally different teacher. They know that parents will be coming so somehow make sure the ratio of teachers to children is maintained. I have never see second teacher in my kids class. There always seems to be a staff member magically at 3PM in class. Even the workbooks seem to be empty. There is section where teacher is suppose to write their comment and that is always empty obviously coz they have no clue about children they are watching. I have gotten updates even when my kid was sitting right next to me that he has slept in school. They just seem to be this random.

This is a place where when you go for an interview the question would be “how good are you at fooling around” . I can guarantee if you do not get a job anywhere this is place where you can definitely get. The ppl running this place are just worried about tere bottom line profit. There was a very good teacher who had joined recently and she lasted just 6 months coz she did not like the way these guys were treating children passing them through different assembly lines every day. She ultimately had to quit coz these guys would not let her do anything good and go beyond what is required.

This center is so outdated even from inside. You should visit this place and compare it with other places see it for yourself here the so called teachers give you negative vibes. There always seem to be an opening here while the other places around this are always full. Sending your child to this place is literally like throwing away your money. Do not expect your child to learn anything here coz they will never be settled as they go through different assembly lines everyday and the so called teachers also are not interested in teaching anything.The only reason a center like this is even open is coz it is like 2 mins walk from an almost 500 apartment complex. I highly recommend this daycare facility. My son has been in this daycare for more than 6 months and he absolutely loves it. He has really picked up behavioral and language skills right from the first week and loves spending time there with his class friends and teachers. My son has gotten used to eating variety of foods which they serve during lunch/breakfast/snack time.The front desk staff is excellent, very approachable, and they really take care of any special requests without any hassle. I was impressed with the facility, the programs, the qualifications of the staff, and the overall professionalism of the management. The facility is very nice, clean, and modern. I am very impressed with their curriculum for Preschool and Pre-K. The Curriculum is called LEAP and it is very full of fun and learning for kids. My son is so fond of his class teacher that I really feel he enjoys learning because of how she cares and teaches.His teacher writes a daily progress report about my son how he did overall that day, and shares information on what activities he was involved in along with what food items he ate for the day etc.She is very approachable if I have any specific questions about my son. There is a monthly booklet that they send home at the end of the month which shows how my son has been progressing on various skills. The teachers have been trained to interact with the kids at their level and in a very loving and nurturing way. The center director is so friendly and caring as well. She is very responsive to the needs of all the parents and very much focused on making it better for kids everyday. The tuition is very competitive and well worth it. As a parent, finding the right childcare for your child is a huge deal! My husband and I are incredibly thankful to have found The Learning Experience in Lawrenceville! From my very first visit I was impressed. The facility is CLEAN! Looks and smells fresh and clean! That was the first thing that caught my attention. Then the warm and friendly staff. From the owner and the directors to classroom teachers and staff! You can tell everyone there takes pride in their jobs! My son is in the infant class and I was so nervous putting him in daycare. He’s been home with us for 10 months! But he was so comfortable from day one. He didn’t shed a tear at drop off! Which put me at ease. The teachers in his class are the best. They are very detailed and keep us informed on how he’s doing regularly. They are always happy to see our sweet boy when we drop him off. I’ve visited other daycares before deciding on TLE and the teachers looked stressed or unhappy to be there. It’s the complete opposite at TLE. Everyone is smiling and so positive. Working with children can be tough but the TLE staff don’t show it one bit. That means a lot! Finding a place I can trust and see my son happy at drop off and throughout the day smiling and playing in photo updates is a huge relief. I can focus on work knowing he’s well taken care of.
