Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

I don't usually expect much from Dunkin' and only came here to order an iced coffee and a donut, but if something goes wrong with the order and I ask to have the drink remade, I should not have to go through more than one employee to carry out the request. The young man taking orders was very friendly and was basically running the whole floor himself because the two women who spoke very little English failed to help out properly. He re-made the drink without a doubt after I informed him somebody accidentally drank out of it, thinking it was her mobile order. The two women were very rude and ignored me because they did not understand what I was asking. Do not work in a customer facing position if you do not want to face customers. The staff were not nice or welcoming. They messed up my coffee and it was cold when I tasted it as soon I walked out the store. I went back and, being the only customer in the store and had to call out "excuse me" several times before someone even bothered to look at me. I said my coffee is cold respectably and no one said a word. One of them just took it from me. After a while she gave me a new one and I said thank you and she just grunted and turned around. Management, pls do better with your staff. I live locally in Lawrence and do not plan to come back to this one...

I dont usually do this. I always go to this dunkin before and its really great but I notice theres new employees now. This happened three times now! There was a line and the indian girl working in the afternoon is just sitting at the side watching her phone and has an attitude! That poor guy employee is serving both dunkin and baskin robbins! The service here was really excellent before. Still 5 star to that guy employee he was fast and knew people's order right away!...
