My Daughter and I came about this McDonalds from shopping for my Granddaughters Birthday Party. Being That I have been diagnosed with Lung Cancer. I needed a quick fix of Food. When going through the drive through. And it was t-h-e!!! Horrible Service Ever! The only person that was excellent his work! Was the management who had to come to drive thru window to the young ladies Big! Mistake. Instead of serving what you order?? She made a suggestive sale in the mids of taking order!!! Which she served the wrong amount for food that cost less than a bubble gum! Since when? McDonalds sale? (17.00 ) dollar Sandwich??? I have worked in the Restaurant Business. And when your server over charge your customers. It's basically about putting money in there Pockets! Well I am sorry. I may be sick. But God! Has in stilled in me a "Sound Mind! And with this mind. I can tell when someone is taking me for granted. McDonalds??? Make sure you check you employees out! Because there is a way they can get extra cash! And not on a debit card nor by check. And the food was horrible also. The fries was old, and cold. The sandwich was sloppy. And soda was warm. This was first Disaster McDonald's I ever been to! And I was a McDonald's kid! Grew up to be that adult . I would not suggest no one to visit this business. Even though Chick Filet is next door. 😂 Lol...But seriously, Don't never go to This McDonald's especially at night! Read moreI am a patient person and I love supporting local establishments even if they are big box Retailers but I have given this McDonald’s more than enough chances. The list would be too long for me to write about but I have encountered wrong orders being given to me, forgotten items that I have ordered, being charged for something I never ordered, long waits on what is suppose to be a drive through. I looked past all these things but what I can’t look past is just rude and unappreciative employees at this particular location. When I have pointed out nicely that I got the wrong order or not getting what I ordered I get an attitude like it was my fault. I am the customer and I made a choice to spend my money at your place the least you could do is show appreciate for my choice and help fix the issues. On several occasions I have had the drive up window slammed, I have encountered the employees being downright nasty in their response to my dilemma. I always give places many chances knowing they may be having a bad day but it seems this establishment has bad days everyday. I will never go here again and I would say to anyone who is going to try going here, don’t.
