Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lawrence

So I don’t typically write reviews but this really annoyed me. The last couple of times I’ve gone to Dunkin I’ve gotten the same rude lady taking my order, like it’s just plan disrespectful to talk to customers like that. Today I went through the drive through, I waited quite some time before saying “hello” because no one was taking my order. When someone finally answered the response I got was like I was bothering her or that it was a terrible time to be there. I was the only one in line! I’m not going to go into detail of what was said but it was the tone and vibe for me. I’ve worked in customer service before and I know that if my boss caught me talking to people like that I would be fired. I used to go to Dunkin all the time almost everyday. Recently I haven’t wanted to all because of the slim chance that I might get that person. I don’t ever want to start or end my day with attitude ever. No thank you! Well last night I was in the mood for a few donuts. My sister told me that dunkin'donuts was only a few minutes down the street. I live in Fresno Ca. But I'm here in Lawrance Kansas for a few weeks. I know DD well and in the pass have enjoyed eating well made and well maintain products from this company before. Having said that I find all franchises are not equal. When I walk in the door it was my intention to buy a dozen but the staff action like they were doing me a favor by letting me buy anything from them. Although they weren't rude I did not get the feeling they weren't happy to get my business. The donut were dry and stale. Needless to say not tips were left in the tip jar. They gave me a sandwich with mold all over it. They then kept saying I was lying when I was literally showing them the sand which, saying they make them fresh every morning, but I used to work there so I know the bread is pre- packaged. Then all of the workers lied and said they couldn’t give me a refund because a manager wasn’t there. A few minutes later the manager magically appeared. The manager kept saying I was lying again making up excuses for the mold. If you do something wrong, own up to it. I shouldn’t have to pay $7 for two moldy sandwiches just to be gaslighted by the dunkin’ donuts crew.... I know y’all don’t make enough to be putting up a fight for obvious...
