10-19-2017 worst customer service ever!!! I had 3 kids waiting to eat. Waited a hour, the kids are getting rowdy. Called them & asked about it, & she says it’ll be a little bit longer. At this point I asked to speak to a manager the girl puts me on hold, & I’m waiting for TEN MINUTES. Mind u I got everything recorded. So I call off my sisters phone. The girl that put me on hold answers, realizes it’s me, & hangs up on me. Clicks to my phone & say give me one second. I proceed to tell her I already waited 10 mins, & mid sentence she hangs up on me. So I decided to go up to the store & thru the drive thru. Same girl comes to the window, ask how may I help u, I tell her my situation, & she says hold on. TEN MORE MINUTES IM IN THE DRIVE THRU NOW. (Again everything recorded) I go inside. The girl looks at me, & just walks in the back. She comes to the front with the manager & ask if I was still waiting or if I left. She point at me. (The whole time I’m talking to the manager the girl is looking at me crazy, & smirking) End of story.. got the pizza for free. Read moreSo I have not been feeling well and I usually cook but I had no energy…I ordered the baked chicken Alfredo and some dessert…I was told it would 25-35 min …I live in a secured building so I left institutions so that I could buzz them in and they leave my food at the door after waiting for an hour …I called to see what was going on …I was told that I didn’t answer which was false cause I never was down in the lobby waiting …and the driver brought my food back and I would have to wait an hour for my food …I was like will it be freshly made they said yes but I would have to wait 45 … I called back to talk to manager and the store rep ignored me and said the driver left my food outside …so at this point I’m highly upset and it’s getting late …after another hour another driver brought my order but ignored instructions and my order was wrong …I’m new to the area but this never happened before …along with I was told I would get a discount that didn’t happen as well …it’s just messed up and I don’t know if I’ll order from them again in this area or at all since I live...
Read moreGave themselves a $3 extra tip off my card on top of what i had already given them when they rang it into the system after delivering it. Then get a phone call 50 minutes later from the call center saying they are cancelling my order because no pasta. I get an alert saying x amount is pending but by the time i get that message everything is closed and no one to talk to about it. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time they did this. Food this time wasn't as good as it was before, pizza was not like the other pizzas that i have received before, this one looked and tasted like they didn't care. Do yourself a favor when you order just do cash so they can't take more from you than what you actually sign for. Edit: so after calling the store the manager said i was going to get a refund and it will pop back on my card and that i wasnt gonna get charged. He also didnt know why an extra 5 dollars was added to the card and yhat it was a mistake. Well, that charge went from pending to being taken out, no response when i tried to call them asking what was going on but no one knows anything. Really...
