I'm a frequent customer for years at this place, and lately the service has not been the same, tonight I went through to order around 740pm..the lady on the intercom asked for my order so I ordered 2 number 7s, these are combo meals which come for drinks, and usually the person taking the order would ask what you like to drink, tonight we just got a total and see you at the window, so when we get to the window the lady comes up I say hello and it seems like I'm talking to a ghost no response or a smile, then she hands me the bill so I give her my card and signed the receipt, the I wait for 5 min to get the food and hand back the signed receipt, while waiting I'm still thinking to my self, where is my drinks?..so when she comes back hands me the food, I politely ask, excuse me but do those combos come with drinks, and she responds back with a sour grin, yes but you never asked for them at the intercom, so I said what do you mean I thought your supposed to ask what I like, then she I say okay well I'm asking for it now, and she just stands there with an attitude, so I finally said I need 2 Pepsi, she just leaves and comes back with the Pepsi hands them to me with an attitude I still wanted to be nice so I said thank you and she just turned and shut the door...WOW what an amazing service with such an amazing attitude from such a...

I love eating here! The prices and quantity of food you get are amazing, especially if you want leftovers. I appreciate how many extra things you get like crab rangoon, salads, noodles, or the sushi. The 16pc California Rolls got me through finals season and are delicious! Definitely recommend. My other favorite entrees to get are the Sesame Chicken and the General Chicken.
Reading through some of the other reviews, I can’t believe we were going to the same place! They’re always extremely fast, friendly, and helpful if I have questions. Also, most places don’t do delivery so if you want this delivered, please go through Grubhub or Doordash! It’s not their fault if they don’t deliver since there’s already services set up for you to do that.

I am in my car crying right now.
I placed an order around 6:40pm after a 12hr work shift and my fiance was held up at work for way longer than expected.
I got a call from Tryakki around 8:21pm as a check in. I was hungry exhausted and a little bummed out thinking about having cold food.
My fiance made it there before I did, grabbed my food, met me in the Ace parking lot, gave me the bag and said;
" They made it fresh since it's been over an hour"

They're hot, they're fresh and have a nice almost caramelized crispyness to the outside that I happen to enjoy. ( Or something like that. Idk I'm not a chef. 😅 )
