Jack's Pizza — Restaurant in Lawrence

I JUST EXPERIENCED THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND IVE LOVED JACKS PIZZA FOR YEARS! I MOVED RECENTLY TO WHAT THIS JACKS LOCATION LITERALLY CALLS A "RED ZONE" HAVING NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE AS TO WHY MY LOCATION IS CONSIDERED A "RED ZONE" AND I LIVE LITERALLY NEXT TO A POLICE HUB..I POLITELY ASKED STILL TO RECEIVE DELIVERY SERVICE. MIND YOU THE OTHER JACKS LOCATIONS ALL TOLD ME THIS IS THE CORRECT LOCATION TO CALL FOR DELIVERY TO MY AREA..I SPOKE TO THE GM AND MY ISSUE WAS LITERALLY LAUGHED AWAY AND I WAS TREATED SO INHUMANELY I HAVE NEVER BEEN SOO UPSET IN MY LIFE! IF YOU LIKE RACISM THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU..IF YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED LESS THAN A HUMAN BEING BECAUSE YOU LIVE IN A MORE URBAN AREA THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE A BOYCOTT OF THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY FIND VALUE IN CUSTOMERS OF DIFFERENT ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS AND PEOPLE OF ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS THAT LIVE IN MORE URBAN AREAS! I ONLY WANTED TO WATCH PRINCESS AND THE FROG WITH MY DAUGHTERS AND ENJOY A FAMILY FEAST FROM JACKS PIZZA BUT BECAUSE OF RACIAL LABELING OF MY AREA I WAS GREETED WITH EXTREME DISRESPECT..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JACKS PIZZA EVER! IM NOT SOME THUG OR HOODLUM AS I WAS TREATED..IM A FATHER OF 2 BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS AND I WORK EXTREMELY HARD LIKE ALL OF YOU..PLEASE JOIN ME BY BOYCOTTING THIS LOCATION UNTIL THE GM IS FIRED AND REPLACED BY SENSIBLE MANAGEMENT..AND I TRULY APOLOGIZE TO ANYONE WHO HAD WANTED TO ENJOY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION BUT IF SOMEONE DOES NOT SPEAK UP THEN NO CHANGES WILL EVER COME..IM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED..IF THE OWNER READS THIS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO ME BECAUSE I WAS ALSO NOT GIVEN INFORMATION TO REACH YOU..THIS ALL HAPPENED 30 MIN AGO ON SAT. I like jack's but after the service I received the last 2 times it was ridiculous. The first time I ordered for pick up and they put green peppers on my pizza instead of banana peppers then acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about, but thinking it was an honest mistake I took a chance on them again which I shouldn't have called. The second time I ordered I asked for delivery a hour later I called back to find out if my 35 minute order was on its way and some man (not the young girl I spoke to previously) giggled a bit and said you have an order for pick up not delivery hold on. After a few minutes ghetto ghetto got on the phone (rude young lady I think everyone else is talking about) and said u mm mam what do you want I mean what's the problem you wanted pick up or something. ...of course I paused no I wanted delivery you guys say puck up or delivery and I asked for delivery ( mid sentence she cuts me off and says it wasn't me) I finish my sentence again and she says well there is gonna be a 2 delivery charge do you want me to put that on your card or at the door I stated how about u take that 2 dollars off for messing up my order again...she said some gibberish about if I take it off then we gotta charge you twice (she that means during this conversation you already added the money to my card or what) I was furious at this point I just told her to put the money back on the card and remove the whole or I wouldn't order...

I have never been treated so unfairly in place they were rude disrespectful and they refused to fix the order that was wrong and knowing that they took all the food back and would not remake it and knowing that I spent $60 and would not get my money back for 5 to 10 days. I still didn’t have anymore money to feed my family and they refused to give us back the old food. They refused to give me a corporate number or a GM number told me that they did not have to remake the food after we drove 25 minutes and I explain to them that I had children and it’s supposed to be sausage and pepperoni, and it was covered in peppers, and I could not eat peppers, they were mad did not wanna remake it so they took the food back put the money back on my card that would take 7 to 10 days so the $60 I spent I did not have to feed my family and they were so disrespectful and rude and I have been going there for a long time I will be sure to make sure my family does not go back there and that everyone knows how I was treated now I don’t have money to feed my family tonight. I can’t believe that they can do that to someone and not be able to call someone ahead and charge I felt like I was talking to a bunch of children the whole time, my husband, speaking with them there’s a teenager in the background, laughing as if all of this is a joke to them . I still need a number to the corporate office or someone in charge...
