The customer service at this location is awful. The first time I visited I stood there for approximately 8 minutes before I said “ should I have ordered on line?” That’s when one of the many employees who saw me standing there but continued to ignore me said “have you been helped?” Today when I came in I grabbed a bag of chips and immediately noticed a nasty sticky substance on my fingers that came from the bag of chips, I immediately set them down tried to put my order in and went to wash my hands the employee grabbed the chips and threw them off the counter. There is no “hello, good bye, how can I help you, kiss my ass, NOTHING! Please give your employees a refresher on what customer service means and how to apply it. I usually like ordering from here because they are fast and always nice but today I was a little frustrated. I was trying to order lunch for me and my friend and I could definitely tell this guy was new. And that’s ok. I remember being new and nervous when I started my job. While ordering that was a breeze but the second it came to giving him my card over the phone so I could pay that’s where it got frustrating. He messed up the first time and that’s ok that’s understandable but the next five times trying to give him the first four numbers that was annoying. He kept saying the wrong numbers over and over no matter how many times I repeated it and no matter how slow I went. He just wouldn’t listen. I called to place a delivery order and i asked Cassy, the manager who took my order if we could use a 20% discount coupon that I have and she blatantly said no! No other explanation, completely rude and sounded like she didn't even want to take my order. Was very rude from the start. When the food arrived at the door I noticed that her name was scratched out of the ticket with a pen so I would not be able to see who took my order. I asked the delivery guy her name and her name is Cassy! So if you ever have to order from this JJ, make sure she is not the one taking the order! Horrible customer service skills!
