Just having a Pho here. I am a Vietnamese guy and a hard to please Pho eater. But it was a very big surprise with the Steve's Pho bowl. If you are a person that appreciated Pho. You will know right away how good is that Pho, just by looking at the broth. The bone broth need to be hot, clear and you can smell the aromatic herb. The authentic Little Saigon Pho flavor combine amazingly with the beef and the meatbal. Garnish a little bit of green onion and cilantro on the top make the bowl looks so attractive. And the noodle...oh my god! tasty enough to become a best Pho bowl I ever...

Little Saigon is the BEST pho I have had hands down. They are so friendly, fast, and the food is consistently good. I love their beef fried rice, fried pork egg rolls and their veggie pho is a MUST. They are locally owned, and they are doing curbside right now with COVID. If you are ordering curbside I really suggest paying over the phone and adding a tip. If not bring cash to tip them when you get your food brought out, or ask them to add it to your tab. It’s very important that we as customers support small businesses! I've been going here for a few years now, probably 3 or 4 times a month. It's truly my favorite place to eat in Lawrence, and definitely the best pho I've had in town. After my 3rd visit the owners already had my order memorized.
