Very upset with this place. The Coworkers great. But management a female with the glasses and a dog very very rude I went there every day for the free coffee cuz I believe they gave the one a day free giveaway to boost sales because they knew homeless would come in we have the fastest Network speaking about businesses but their heart was not in it so the vibe, energy, was all off. My wife and I would go there and listen to music and focus on good energy Good vibes healing peace and love and anytime the energy even start building up she would find a way to Earth disturb. And sort of destroy the whole vibe not balance it out blame the homeless specifically my wife or myself. She also kicked me out for no reason then when I asked her why politely she would not explain or threatening to call the cops believe in the most homeless are scared of the cops and started yelling at me even though I am maintained a casual voice and still will not explain but she blamed me for things that my wife did and I was not around that I had nothing to do with so I prayed silently inside my head and when my eyes she told me to grab my stuff and get out so I told her she was not allowed to yell at me and treat me as such but she was allowed to refuse me service which she did what's happened to you to yell at me as I walked out even as I apologize to her co-workers because she begin being an a** to them she was still yelling at me so I called the cops on her and put in a report and now I'm banned from there and they stop giving homeless coffee and before all of this they were already in debt and had to boost sales up and I believe that positive energy can leave residual positive energy so just keeps recycling itself it takes really positive people laughs and smiles to keep it going and I noticed that when people like myself and my wife would come in there purposely to boost Good vibes and positive energy business with erupt at a very fast pace and attract people enough...

The abrupt and dismissive manner she responded with was unnecessary. Yes, I did drink out of the cup -- that's how I realized it wasn't hot. Why not try to find a solution instead of acting like my request was stupid. I got the impression that she doesn't care and really wants her customers to know it. I did ask my daughter if I had done anything to warrant the treatment and she said absolutely not. There are plenty of other coffee places on Massachusetts Street to...
Read moreLa Prima Tazza is an awesome coffee shop!
I really enjoy the tasty flavors of coffee they have. Always presented very artfully... Speaking of art, they feature local artists as well! The pottery I found there was from a local fella. Really beautiful stuff.
The baristas are always kind, and friendly.
The place itself is rather small, with limited seating, but the giant windows really let in some happy natural light, and allow for some quality people watching of Mass Street.
They do sell various types of bulk coffee, and often have a snack or two of baked good by...
