I am so bummed about my experience on Saturday 3/29 ~7:30pm. My husband and I had our first date night in months and we were so excited to swing by this location as it’s super close to our house and we’ve been wanting to try it for a while. When we arrived, a person with glasses wearing overalls was at the register to ring in our order. They started our transaction with a wide open mouth yawn. I said, “hi, how’s it going?” and this person stared blankly at me and didn’t respond. I wish I would have left right then but I chalked it up to maybe being just a bad start.

After we ordered we were informed the waffle machine needed to heat up so that would be an extra 5 minutes which was genuinely fine, we weren’t worried about hanging out- but because of this wait I got to experience the dynamics at play between the crew.

As we waited for the machine to heat up, I watched two of the workers clearly not getting along - the same one who rang us up with glasses and another employee with reddish hair. They were using snappy language with one another & I was so uncomfortable I considered leaving without our drink and waffle cup, but because we wanted to finish out our evening with a treat we continued to wait.

The waffle & our drink was delicious and I would no doubt go back for these items again if it weren’t for the awful & very uncomfortable experience of the employees. Such a bummer! My friends and I went to this establishment to get some boba tea and a white worker with glasses and brown hair there told us they were out of brown sugar boba. This was not a problem and my friend asked if she could still order some of the milk tea, to which the same worker gave an attitude towards her as he answered yes. This made us all really uncomfortable, and as she was ordering he proceeded to continue giving her an intense attitude that made us feel unwelcome. This caught us off guard as they were not about to close anytime soon, but the worker acted as though he did not want to do his job and that we should've left. He did not ask my other friend and I if we wanted anything and left after he made our friends' tea, to which she stated wasn't made well and lacked flavor. The environment this worker provided during our visit was completely unacceptable and made it to where we do not want to return if this worker is present. I wish I could give this place a 0, but that's not possible so i give it a 1. We got to the location and were told that they had ran out of boba balls. I still wanted tea without the balls so I ordered one. upon asking, the white man with glasses and brown hair working there gave me attitude and aggressively swiveled the screen to pay around. He seemed like he didn't want to serve us, even though we were there within business hours and wasn't close to closing. I felt so uncomfortable and unwanted there. I will not be returning if he's working there. The tea that he made for me also lacked flavor and was the worst tea I had from this establishment.
