do not recommend‼️‼️I never write reviews but the people there were nothing but rude and accusing me all cause they messed up❌I was ordering and asked for one of their cakes for my birthday and said that I wanted it pink and decorated like one they already had on display but with happy birthday (my name) and a ‘10 inch instead of ‘8 inch . I didn’t know they could even give u an option on when to pay since they charged me right after I was done so I paid and when I went to go pick it on the day and time as scheduled the worker had asked me the employees name when I was never told their name so I said didn’t know and after asking for my name she grabbed my cake and she was confused saying if it was mine I replied yes and there was a notepad that they wrote the details ons and the workers taking my order never circled yes on a question that asked if I paid so they looked at each other then said that means I didn’t pay so they ring me up and I tell them I did so they start saying I didn’t and they were looking at the note and asking me for my receipt when I didn’t have it on me as my family had ordered from dq before and would just pick it up with no receipt required so they start talking amongst themselves on who took the order but didn’t even call her and just assumed, afterwards I try explaining that I did pay but at this point all their workers are trying say that I didn’t pay and I know I wasn’t being taken seriously as I was just with my little brother & short myself. I leave after being told I have to pay again to get my cake and I have this app that scans all my receipts for points but it also took a picture of the receipt so at this point my older sister and older brother there to go to show them the proof they asked for but these workers were also dumb enough to write the wrong date on the note because the receipt showed my order date was on the 15th and their note said the 14th , they also had the receipt say it was a Father’s Day order even tho I was picking up the 19th! So these workers were still trying to not give us our cake because they wrote the wrong stuff. one of them says “I don’t think they would order 2 cakes tho” and the other says “yea i don’t know I still dont wanna give the cake just in case yet” so finally they call the person who took the order and after they finally had to give us our cake . This was so annoying because we were wrongly accused and if not for the receipt and my siblings going I would have been stuck paying the price of 2 cakes when I only ordered 1 $35 cake which would’ve been close to 70😒mind you my receipt also said a worker named tash something took my order when the employees there were saying McKenna took my order so they were never fair.they also put “happy birthday Aylin?” When I wrote just happy birthday Aylin on the paper that they gave me to write what I wanted on the cake so I don’t know what the question mark was there for cause if they really had a question they could’ve called since they also asked asked for my phone number. It was so frustrating too because some workers were there the day I ordered and payed but didn't say...
Read moreSo we pull up to the drive through, order 3 things, and scan in our app which has a debit card attached and a coupon. We are handed our things as well as a pup cup and told by the man at the window to have a good day. We drive down to the end of the parking lot and stop to give our dog his pup cup and a heavy set girl comes running towards us yelling " you have to pay for your food!!" So my husband rolls down the window and says " I'm sorry, i thought we paid in the app" ( we have done this at places like mcdonalds and taco bell multiple times with no issue) she says " No, you did not" so he gives her our debit card, she goes back inside to run it and comes back out with our card and reciept. I look at it and ask " why did we get charged full price? We had a coupon" to which she r esponds something to the effects of " oh, i had to re ring everything up manually because when you scanned through the app and drove off it cleared the transaction out." She apologized and offered to give us a free onion ring on our next visit for the trouble. First off, we did not drive off. If we had she would not have been able to catch up to us at that point . Second, we found out a little later that we did indeed get charged twice through our card, and that's probably why the transaction cleared itself out and confused her. On top of all that my ice cream was melted inside my container and spilled while on the way home.
I should have known not to come back here as the first time we went to this store, upon opening the dining room doors..we were greeted by servers yelling at each other behind the counter about how their only line cook had quit mid shift and none of them knew how to make anything themselves.
I'm on the phone with my card company now regarding the double charge because both myself and my husband have worked in the food service industries in the past and i absolutely can't handle interacting with someone who gives off the impression that they may not know what they are doing.
This second issue was enough for me to decide to go somewhere else...
Read moreBEWARE! I drove through this city and stopped to grab lunch. The person at the window asked for payment and I gave her my credit card. It took awhile before the food finally came. I asked for a few items. Confirmed I received things in our order and even asked for extra sauce before I got the road. So I sat at the window for a few minutes organizing my food and then leaving.
About an hour later, I stopped for gas when I realized I never received my card back. I doubled back, extremely frustrated that I had lost so much time. Especially since this was the FIRST TIME I have ever had to ask for my card back after I paid for something.
When I returned, I asked for the manager immediately and explained what happened. She giggled and told me that "it happens all the time". I was baffled by the fact that this was a common practice for them to give out the food BEFORE giving back your card. You actually have to ask for your card or your change back. When I pointed out the issue with this practice, the manager finally apologized (after making many excuses that people simply drive off without their card or change). Since I know I sat at the window for awhile waiting on condiments and never received my card or a receipt, I know this is not a matter of just "driving off". I was not given or offered my card or my receipt. And you'd think that if it was happening so much that you would instruct drive thru cashiers to return payment FIRST to ensure you don't have cards left, unless this is intentional.
Watch yourself and get your card and your cash back BEFORE you leave! Because they don't give it...
