We stopped going to Wendy's because this is our closes one and it's usually dirty and with bad staff. Today we finally decided to go back and after today's experience decided we definitely won't be going back. The lobby area wasn't very clean but that's to be expected at this location. This time the place is understaffed and they haven't figured out yet how to balance making orders and taking orders. When we got there all the staff was making food and noone was taking orders and constantly telling us it would be awhile before we were helped. A line started forming and when it was obvious they weren't going to be helped started leaving. When someone did help it didn't do much since after each order they all went back to making the food so the next people had to keep waiting until the next person to help. When we finally did place our order and got our food we didn't even get everything we ordered. They did fix our order but with the way they were doing things I'm probably not the only one who's orders...
Read moreRudest people I’ve ever encountered. My card was not given back to me at the drive thru last night and when I realized I didn’t have it this morning I came here to see if my card was here because it was nowhere else. A nice gentlemen who worked the morning shift took my name and number. I got a call a few hours later saying my card was here. I told him I would come pick it up after work. Came after work like I said and whoever spoke to me was so rude saying my card wasn’t there. Said because he wasn’t here last night he doesn’t know what’s going on. Insinuated I said someone stole my card when I simply said yes it is here because I got a call this morning after I came saying my card was here so... He talked to his GM as I waited over 15 mins for them to figure it out. Finally found my card and threw it on the counter saying they found it have a nice day. Completely dismissive like I didn’t know what I was talking about, even showed him the call bc I’m not stupid and i’m 6.5...

What joy I felt when seeing my burger for the first time only grew when I started to eat that massive pile of bread and meat. It was easily on par with many burgers I've had from "real" restaurants. It was greasy, filling, and I felt as though it cut off a year of my life due to damage to my arteries, but it was worth it.
