I chose Retail Medical Solutions and I chose wrong. Let’s start with the fact that I am a provider, have been in health care for 44yrs. I understand billing and insurance. Billing/accounting with RMS has been a nightmare. They blame the insurance provider, but I have had the same provider for 20 yrs and I have NEVER had issues with billing until now. Prices were adjusted to whatever the insurance allowable was which was confusing. Claims denied and rebilled. Denied claims due to prior authorization issues 6 months into the process.
