Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg Township

I took my daughter and wife here to eat and catch up on school work earlier. The very young and overly obese manager was very loud and rude. While waiting for my order, she was loudly conversing with the other workers about her bowl movements. When she turned around and saw me standing there, she told me to go to my seat and she'd bring my food to me. I guess I didn't start moving fast enough for her (and didn't care to know that I've had extensive neck surgery) so she raised her voice and told me to go sit down like I was a dog. I voiced my opinion that she shouldn't talk about stuff like that while she handled food, but she got irate, and my wife and daughter were visibly shaken, so I decided to leave and cut my losses. Went there for the all you can eat in Sunday with my Dad, after getting our food had to return the French fries and green beans cause they were cold. My dad loves their fish but takes the breading off so he eats quite a few pieces. The very nasty and rude manager comes out in front of several people in the restaurant and asks us if we have take out boxes for our fish because the all you can eat cannot be taken out, our 2 pieces of fish are in front of us and we were just waiting for it to cool. 1/25/22 .. Both times I've visited this place they have left my side out.. tried to call get them replaced on my next visit nobody has answered the phone below are screenshots of me trying to reach them finely at 7:30 someone answered I ask to speak to a manager employee that answered.. stated that the manager was too busy. I ask for manager's name it was Nicole do not recommend this restaurant whatsoever for it has horrible customer service!
