TLDR: Skip Dunkin! Go to Starbucks for iced/hot matcha because they don't charge for extra scoops :) (see picture) I ordered an iced matcha latte yesterday for a family member yesterday (asked for the receipt) and came back this morning to try the hot one for myself. I was so excited especially because I had been feeling under the weather for the past few days. I ordered one in medium, oatmilk, and 3 extra scoops of matcha. The person didnt announce the price before I drove up to the window so I was surprised to find out my total came up to $8.14. I drove back around and asked why they had charged me $1.40 for a "local item" and an older lady who Im assuming was the supervisor/manager came to the window and said "Its for the matcha powder. Its 50 cents each and you ordered three." And just before I could say anything back, she cuts back in and says, "You ordered one yesterday right?" in a rude tone almost as if to point out that I didnt pay attention to that detail. I brushed it off and just drove away with my drink but that interaction didnt sit right with me so now Im writing this review lol I dont come to Dunkin that much anymore (At most 1-2 month for a sweet treat) but I dont think I'll be coming back to this location. The service has always been hit or miss (ex. Incorrect orders, coffees with extra sweetener when I didnt order any etc.) and this interaction turned me off from coming here. Starbucks is also two minutes down the street and dont charge for extra scoops of matcha 🥰 $6.52 (unlimited scoops) at Starbucks vs. $8.10 (3 scoops, 50cents/scoop) at Dunkin for a medium, matcha latte with oat milk.

I place my orders through the mobile app just to ensure my orders are placed correctly and there is no miscommunication. Well the past like 4 orders I’ve placed something’s been wrong from wrong ingredients in my wrap to incorrect coffee. And all my orders are placed online for convenience. Today I placed an order for a Charlie cold foam and oat milk latte. I had my gf go pick it up and when she returned to work I had expected a Charli cold brew coffee and I received a duplicate of what she ordered which was the oat milk latte. Even though the cup had a charli cold foam sticker on it, it was made incorrectly and you can tell it was made with milk. So I had to drive back there myself to get it fixed. I pull up to the window and show the guy and say this is not a charli cold foam and he just quickly says yes it is just because he saw the sticker saying what it should have been. And I said I’m pretty sure they are not suppose to come with any milk. As in the details of the drink it doesn’t state that milk is added (photo). He was really rude about it aswell like it was my fault they made my drink wrong and I had to drive back to get it fixed. Just admit your fault and fix the drink and we can move on. I will not be doing anymore business at this location anymore as they cannot be consistent with the products they put out. Not all Dunkin’a are the same as they are franchised. The one on Buford hwy is worth the extra mile to go to for a better experience. I don’t write a bad review until I’m wronged multiple times. I can understand once or twice but 4 plus times it becomes a problem.

I would rate this location zero stars if I could. I reached out on 12/20 to detail my issue. Not a single person from this location has reached out to apologize or resolve my issue. I have a severe nut allergy. Therefore I NEVER order anything with seeds or nuts. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel. I check my order and it is a bagel covered with different seeds. I notify the employee that I have a nut allergy and would be fine with a plain bagel or cinnamon raisin. Her response back is a deep sigh and question "so you are telling me you are allergic to a bagel". She grabs the bag with an eye roll and comes back with the same bag. I arrive at my destination ready to eat my bagel. The top slice is cinnamon raisin and the bottom slice is covered with different seeds. I would've had to use my epi-pen and been on a ride to the hospital in the back of an ambulance if I had taken one bite of that bagel.

Just left the drive and was treated very rudely by the Indian guy taking the order. I told him my order for me and my 3 family members. I mistakenly asked for the wrong item so I tried to clear it up with the guy taking order by repeating the order so that he had it correctly. He then repeated it WRONG back to me so I corrected him and he rudely says “YEAH, that’s what I said!” Which was NOT what I told him. So I get to the window and had forgotten one donut so I ask the nice girl taking my payment if I can add one donut. Then the rude Indian guy jumps in front of her and says “NO we have other orders to take!” I was so through with this dude. PLUS, they still got the order wrong after he rudely pretended like he repeated the order correctly. He is THE RUDEST person I’ve ever dealt with at this location and I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. Me and my entire family come here routinely for breakfast and coffee on the way to work and for an evening cup. We will NO Longer come to this location as long as he is there. After 5 good years they just lost our business because of this rude employee that doesn’t know how to take nicely and treat customers with respect! People please don’t give businesses your money if they can’t hire people who treat you like a valued customer. There are plenty other coffee shops that will...
