We hadn't been to Arby's in a long time. We always enjoyed the clean establishment and friendly professional service. Where did that Arby's go? My first thought what the heck happened here? The place was filthy. Floors, windows, doors, tables and chairs, soda machines, and the bathrooms were all filthy. We were there on a Sunday and the store wasn't busy when we arrived, sans the drive-thru which had four or five cars from the pick-up window back to the menu board. The employees that I saw had unclean clothing and the cook had facial hair like he was a Jeremiah Johnson wanna-be. He had no net covering his facial hair or his shaggy head hair. They were out of napkins, and condiments (they did have condiment packets at the counter but you had to ask for them). The soda machine looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for days. The fries were cooked in old overheated oil. My grandson's chicken nuggets were overcooked in the same dirty oil as the fries. My wife's French Dip had stale bread and the roast beef was rubbery. Perhaps it was roast BEAST instead. However, my Wagyu Steakhouse Burger was excellent, the best burger that I have had in a very long time. My grandson said, "Papa what happened to this place, it used to be so clean." Hopefully, the management will start doing their job and give us our Arby's back. Please, owners and managers, inspect what you expect and make this Arby's a decent place to...
Read moreI cannot express my love for Arby's with words. Even a painting would not do it justice. The whole night sky doesn't represent it, doesn't even begin to capture. You could tour the Louvre and still be left empty if it didn't involve you eating at Arby's. You can quote that, Arby's, put it on a piece of paper and read it when you're feeling down. Arby's is amazing. Arby's is just an R and a B being pronounced, because they have Roast Beef, which is RB, which is Arby's. Like, "Hey hun, what do you want for dinner tonight?" "Oh I was thinking some rb's, some AR-BY's, some ROAST BEEFS" and then she's like "Oh my lanta yes I love ar beeeeees." There are no bee's in Arby's, don't become confused.
I do not go to Arby's for the roast beef, however. I go to Arby's for the traditional Greek gyro. It has tzatziki sauce on it, and that is just oh it's so good. It has lettuce on it. It has tomatoes on it, but those are gross. It has onions on it. It has "traditional" Greek gyro meat on it, or if you want beef you can get beef, or I think like turkey or something else I don't know I don't listen to those other options, traditional or nah I'm good.
RB's is always there for me when I am feeling blue. Roast Beef is always there, always, he will never let you down. When you need food, because you are starving to death, and you only have a few bucks, you need Arby's. Trust me. I am...
Read moreI often visit this Arbys because it is closer than the other location on Sheridan to me, but often has poorer food quality than the Sheridan store so I visit it half the time now. The main reason is inconsistent food quality. Often this store will cut the beef slices so thick I have a hard time biting through the sandwich and chewing the tougher meat slices. I and my wife have the same problem as we are retired and dont have good teeth or have to eat without dentures. Also they forget some items and I have to substitute when I get home with the food. Today I purchased the Chicken Cheddar Ranch sandwiches and they apparently didnt have tomatoes that are supposed to be on them and we just got globs of ranch dressing saturated lettuce instead. Sandwiches were coming apart and the chicken tenders dropping out and overall nasty eating. I just threw away all but the tenders. I spent 1/2 hour in the drive through today. 7 cars behind me and I parked on the side waiting for our orders after paying. So burned up 1/2 gallon of fuel in the wait. All this adds up when you are paying more for food and getting poorer service in return. I will continue to go there because of the location but will spend more time elsewhere when necessary. I like to get my moneys worth like anyone else, and Im sure the employees of Arbys like to get the same when they are...
