Felt like i had to order less to make their life easier (right then i knew i might have a little trouble at this dq so i heighten my being polite skills) and got a vibe that the young people working there hate working their job. When i got to the drive through window i gave the worker my card to pay then after that got my card back and waited. Then the worker came back to the window and asked if i needed a cup holder while holding my custer upside down then i stated yes please then he taken a deep breath and made a uhhh sound (think i made him mad but i needed a cup holder for my custor and ice cream😭) so then i watched him closely to see what he was doing to my food 😂😂😂 i felt his hate (not that he was hating on me but like hate in general). As the young man was handing me my food at the drove through window I stated thank you and he (has curly hair and brown skin) just made a sound like he was doing me a favorite by giving me my food. I knew items was going to be missing from my order by the vibe i had from the female working the speaker and the young curly hair man from the window so before i drove off i checked my order and items was missing (🎊🎉🙌) 😂😂😂😂 waved a girl worker down in the window so she opened the window then i stated to her what was missing from my order and she act like they wasn't finish giving me my order (🎊🎉🙌) 😂😂...the food was ok but never going there again because some of those young people working there are to good for their job and give favors to customers by serving them...

Today I decided to treat myself to a nostalgic blizzard at DQ for the first time in a while, so I drove 15 minutes there and got into the drive thru line. Service was fine until they charged my card. Afterwards, a random employee came up to the window while I was scrolling my phone waiting and asked for 5 dollars. I know he was joking, but it's a little unprofessional and doesn't help when the rest of the experience is also going to be atrocious. I ended up ordering a cookie dough blizzard, you know, the things they used to flip over or its free.
Well, they proceeded to hand me this monstrosity. How am I even supposed to open this? Not only is it quite literally a sugar bomb waiting to explode on whoever opens it, it's not even a blizzard. It's a complete melted mush of seemingly random ingredients because for some reason there's chocolate syrup mixed in too and I wasn't even sure it's vanilla ice cream. This photo was taken literally 2 minutes after leaving the window and it looks like it's been out for an hour. Decided to open it in the grass just to prove a point and, like I predicted, it exploded all over the place. I ended up throwing it all away because it went all over the cup, was constantly leaking over, and wasn't even what I ordered.
This was a complete joke of a product and a waste of 30 minutes and nearly 8 dollars. EXTREMELY disappointed and I highly recommend you avoid...

Called management and was told to come back and they would refund me. When I got their another manager jumped in being disrespectful and said I wasn't going to get a refund and goodbye. Daniel Taylor is a horrible for management. He was rude, not helpful, and treated me and my mother horrible for asking them to fix what they messed up. His communication skills are horrible, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth like the food I had to throw out because it wasn't eatable. A waste of my money time and energy would never suggest this place, or would I ever pay for cold food and someone disrespecting me. Worst customer service ever. !!! I contacted corporate, but there was no response. I emailed ,called the store, and still no resolution or my money back. They definitely lost me as a customer. They don't know anything about respect. Update finally received an email from the help center saying they were sorry but didn't respond back when I asked for a refund of my money. So, the place is still a 1, will never order here again, never went to a place that 🤔 messes up your order, and you get a run around when trying to get it corrected or refunded. 20 dollars down the drain.
