Went there last night, this being my third time ever visiting this bar because I don’t like it but my husband’s work has their yearly Christmas gatherings there. Everytime the service is the same, takes forever to be waited on, they’re understaffed and I’m sure that’s for a very good reason. After having our first few rounds bought by coworkers, we had already opened a tab and having just a few drinks on said tab we decided to close it out and head home. Tried getting the older female bartender to close it out and she made my husband walk to the other side of the bar in the front to go ask the other younger male bartender to get his card and ID. Because she couldn’t walk the ten feet being behind the bar and simply grab them. While he’s over there the male bartender nicely offered to finish closing out the tab so he does and has my husband sign the restaurant’s copy of the receipt. We go to leave and she comes barreling around the front of the bar screaming at us that we needed to close out our “F*ING” tab. So we literally stop confused saying we had and she tried arguing with us that it was still open on her screen so therefore we hadn’t. Literally everyone staring at us at this point. We had closed it out at a different register, with a different bartender, at the front bar because she couldn’t be bothered to walk 10 feet. The male bartender comes and grabs her and I guess explained and so we’re legit standing there as they walk off and she goes back to the back bar and he to the front and so I walk over and ask if we’re good to go and what the problem was and he just said we were good and didn’t understand either. The older bartender also seemed to be just manic and was dropping and breaking stuff continuously for trying to move too quickly. Watching her mix others drinks, I’m glad we stuck to beer. Very rude and disrespectful, won’t be returning for anything other than the Christmas party next year. And even that’s a big maybe. Also, it was a $13 tab. All of...
Read moreMy family and I went out tonight trying to have a good time we thought it would be a good idea to stop into the red dirt bar and grill, when we got there they were not busy at all. Our server had three tables, which she was obviously unable to handle, we ordered food drinks etc. drink prices did not match from the menu or bill, our waitress disappeared several times, We had to walk up to the bar twice to order our drinks, and when we did the bartender was on her cell phone, and completely ignored us. the only reason we knew her name was Nora was Because it was on our check! This place charges their customers $3.00 to lime wash a beer and $4.00 for adding Red Bull to a watered down vodka. Without telling the customer that! She also added another person to my wife and I tab after we stated several time we were separate. She kept on with the excuse that she was caught up or just busy. We just wanted to have a good night out with family, but they put a bad end to our night. How desperate are you to make money! We left completely dissatisfied all the way around! I mean please hire knowledgeable bartenders and girls that care about making money and taking care of people! We were 100% completely dissatisfied with this bar and we will not...
Read moreI seriously love this place. The food is wonderful and so are the bartenders. But I was drugged the one night so i went to the hospital. Who told me there was nothing i could do about it and didn't believe me. I called Red Dirt the next morning asking for the video footage from that night, they agreed but said they would have a manager call us. No one called, even after repeatedly calling asking. It was extremely scary for me and i was lucky i had my friends. My cell phone was stolen and i have no memories of the night except two beers in i was drunk. I asked them for help and come to find out many other girls that night were also drugged and came forward to the police dept. We decided that because the guy was caught it would be safe to go back again. I was wrong. Wallet was pickpocketed and all our money and everything is gone. Its a heart breaking holiday this year and i know its my own fault but Red Dirts cooperation would have been amazing. As much as i love this place i wont ever come back, you can deal with the police and all the other poor girls who may have been...
