Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lawton

I think this is the worst Pizza Hut in town and it is sad because this is the closest location to my house. I have never had a good experience from this location. Despite our previous experiences, we decided to order wings from this location on our way home from church. Although we placed our order in a reasonable time, we still had to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive thru. To no surprise, when we got our food home, the wings were extra crispy to the point of being burnt. I called back to the store to express concern & the manager on site was not helpful at all. .He actually offered to re-make the wings & preceded to tell me that we could pick them up in 7 minutes, but he did not once offer to deliver them. I declined to get my children back out so late, but was willing to pick up the the order tomorrow . At that time the manager informed me that our only option was to come back at 10PM this same night bc they were going to need my Old wings.. ..LOL!!!! This was hillarious to me! i informed the manager that i was okay with returning old wings in the morning. Honestly, i would not even feed the burnt wings to my dog. Needless to say, that i will be returning the extra crispy wings to the Pizza Hut located at 61st & Cache tomorrow, but will decline further service. I never post reviews, but i was completely appalled by...

So we gave this Pizza Hut the benefit of the doubt there was no one in the parking lot the place looked closed down honestly but my mother wanted Pizza Hut so I pull in to see if they were open they were and so my mother and I get out and I have my baby with me as well get him out and then we go inside don’t get any look or a hello or please have a seat any where, until we literally go up to her then have tells us to sit anywhere and she’ll get us whenever and We’re like okay so we do then we are waiting and she knows I have a baby and doesn’t offer me a high chair or booster seat.. my mother grabs one and then we are still waiting, been waiting for 20 mins still nothing and so my mother goes and ask are we going to get any service and she doesn’t give us any knowledge or courtesy and so we wait another 10 mins and nothing so we got up and left.. I know we could’ve got better courtesy about things but not giving us any attention. Now she was working on this day 6/17/23 and she was working from 4-5 pm wasn’t able to get her name she would come close to us, had headphones in as well to not hear us or give us any attention so please tell your staff to be better on their courtesy...

Placed and order online, for a large stuffed crust pizza with 4 marinara sauce. When we picked up the pizza They told us that the sauce was in the Box, we believe them. And once we got home and open the Box to eat the 4 sauces were not there there. We called the restaurant, I'm the girl that we spoke to said she didn't know what what to do and she would have to get a manager. So we talk to Ebony, It was the manager on shift and she told us that we can come up here and get the 4 sauces.. Didn't offer a refund and we didn't want to drive all the way back over there. After asking for the refund again She was asking for a card information over the phone to pull up the order. She asked for the ticket or phone number to pull up the order. If they can pull up all of the information with the and with the phone number or the order order ticket number. But for some other reason she still needed the card number. Didn't feel comfortable giving it to her over the phone since it already seemed like they had a problem with us wanting the 4 sauces that we had paid for. This isn't the 1st time our order hasn't been correct. If you're gonna order from here make sure you check all your food...
